Finally Standing Tall and straight
This posture corrector works! It’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to adjust and put on. Within a few days my shoulders felt more open, my back less tense, and I’m already standing taller. No directions came with it. I couldn’t fully get it on and when I did get it partially on, I had to cut it off therefore it was a total waste.

Great for strengthening posture
This posture device works by putting your arms through the armholes on either side then sliding it up until it’s on your shoulders kind of like backpack straps. It automatically makes your shoulders pull back into a straightened position. It’s not meant to be worn all of the time but to use for a while each day to retrain your body to begin to use the muscles again as they were meant to be used. The only drawback would be for someone with large shoulders or chest- they would not be able to put this on or take it off very well. Had a hard enough time with taking off the device on my own- even with the straps to hold to help remove it.

Loops sewn on backwards? A bit too tight.
I feel like the arm loop straps are sewn on backwards, at least on mine. If the back loop is supposed to be on the outside, the arm loops are sewn on the inside, which makes this uncomfortable where the sewn part meets my skin. Furthermore, the sizing was a bit difficult to understand since I usually am an XS in everything, especially things that go on my top area, however, this seems a bit snug and pulls a bit too tight and a small probably would have fit me better, but I was so excited to find something like this in an XS so I am a bit disappointed that it is too tight. I still gave this 3 stars because the design (aside from the inside out sewn straps) and the material are both quality. I wish it fit better for me to use it and help with my upper back issues.
