Solid performing pre-workout
The flavor isn’t exactly like rocket-pop but it’s still pretty good. It has more of a blue raspberry flavor to it. That being said it’s ingredients are what you would find in most pre-work out mix. It has a pretty high caffeine content so it can cause jitters and absolutely should be taken carefully by some people. So far for me it’s performed very similar to how C4 or noxplode has, with one exception. I don’t feel to gles like I do with pre-workouts that contain beta-alanine. This product hasn’t done that for me. Otherwise it’s been a good performer and I’m happy I got to try it.

Back to Basics
It tastes just like a bomb pop, I really like that it isn’t loaded with beta. It has plenty of caffeine to get you through your workouts. Definitely worth picking up for your workouts
