Buy these grips !
These grips are awesome! I was skeptical at first. But after a week of using them, I can definitely see an increase in my strength and size in muscle growth. They make even a small 10 pound weight challenging. But also make it easier to lift heavy weights. Definitely worth the money.

You need to have very large hands for these grips. Didn’t work for me

Wide grip inserts for barbell and dumbbell grip strength
This was the first pair of these I ordered and was curious to see if they were worth the hype or not. Turns out they are worth it! This is an affordable way to increase your wrist and grip strength by holding onto a wider diameter. Best of all they are comfortable, easy to store and washable. They go on easy and stay on without any issues so you can feel safe lifting with these grips. Why spend money on fat specialty bars and attachments when you can just slip these onto it and now the normal diameter grip is suddenly a fat grip.

Barbell and Dumbbell Bar Grips work great!
They add difficulty, boosting bicep pump for extra gains. Only downside: can be slippery with heavier weights if not held perfectly. Still, highly reliable for intensified workouts. A solid accessory for your gym bag!

Easy to use
Easy to put on and off. Made from thick material.

Diameter is too large
Returning it for a refund. Problem is it’s large. The diameter I mean. So too big to get a grip on. Love the idea and quality is good. But think about what I’m saying. When you use a pull up bar, if your hands can’t grip it all the way around, your forearms give out too soon and you drop. Same as using it with dumbbells. It’s just too big around

No slipping, not too big
Hey y’all just got these and anyone saying these are too big either has little girl hands or doesn’t understand that they’re supposed to be FAT grips. No slipping either, boutta try them at 24 Hour Fitness I’ll let you know how they perform!Edit: they worked great at 24 hour fitness but damn had to drop like 10 pounds these kill my forearms💪

Exactly what they look like. I wouldn’t change a thing about them. Very solid, quality built product at a pretty good price, (compared to the more expensive ‘FatGripz’). They arrived on time, and shortly after, I received a personalized message from the owner of the ‘Beast Gear’ business himself, asking if everything was alright with them and if I had any questions; very direct customer support. As an intermediate powerlifter and gym-rat, I can highly recommend these… especially when it comes to grip/forearm training. I have only trained with them a couple of times so far, but they are very grippy (rubberized surface), unlike some of the cheaper variants on Amazon that apparently aren’t very grippy, and don’t fit around bars well. This is not the case for ‘Beast Grips’. They definitely increase forearm activation when doing wrist curls, and other forearm exercises. I also tried them on deadlifts… (emphasis on “tried”), I can usually (double overhand) grip anything up to about 150kg/330lbs, however with the ‘Beast Grips’ applied, I couldn’t even (double overhand) grip 100kg/220lbs! Guess I’ll have to start working my grip more now… fortunately, now I have the perfect product for that!I plan on using these occasionally on pressing movements too (especially bench, and OHP). Apparently thicker grips on pressing movements reduce joint stress, not sure if that’s true, but they definitely make presses feel different… which could be beneficial for reducing the law of accommodation. We’ll see…Anyway… definitely recommended for those who know what to do with them. I wouldn’t recommend them for beginners because they’re simply unnecessary. However, if you have been lifting for at least a few months, and you want to step up your grip game, or you simply want to introduce new stimulus on familiar lifts, give em’ a try! They’re only like £18 and they’ll last for years, plus I think they’d be beneficial for bicep training too.

Verdiente 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht
