Works really well, the heat settings are really nice and it gets very warm! I don’t think I’d ever use it on high. I was nervous to buy cuz some comments say the vibration isn’t very good that’s incorrect. I don’t know how much you guys want to be vibrated? Its insanely strong I use it on low high feels like a earth quake lol auto shut off works as described heating pad itself is perfect size for any area on body shoulder leg back thigh stomach etc and it’s really soft and cozy highly recommend

Best heating pad ever!
The best heading pad I’ve ever used. It’s got the perfect amount of comfort to it, it’s long enough to cover your whole back, and the heat is perfect. The timer is perfect too. I would absolutely say I got a good value for my money.

Best Heating Pad EVER
I have purchased this heating pad twice now, and it is by far a daily staple for me. I experience extreme back pain, especially in the mornings, but using this heating pad definitely brings relief. I like how big it is because it offers a lot of coverage for my entire back. The weighted feature allows it to shape to your body perfectly. Since I sleep with it, it’s very helpful to have the two hour timer and it is super soft. It has an easy to access button for the temperature setting and the option for massage/vibrations. I do wish that there was a removable cover to make it easier to clean as well as the option to select the duration of use.

Piece of crap!!! Update.
This is an update on my experience with the Bedsure Heating Pad. It stopped working after 6 months. And I gave a one star review. It was past the return window so I threw in out. Bedsure reached out to me and offered a full refund. I informed them that I couldn’t return it because it had been thrown out, but they refunded the full purchase price anyway. Please reach out to them if you have questions about the performance of the item you purchase first.

Not worth it!!
This wasn’t very good quality. I used this daily for about a month when I was suffering from extreme pain from a pinched nerve in my leg and hip. I’m grateful that it had a massage function, but this seemed very heavy and bulky for a weighted heating pad with massage. I have had similar products in the past and this one was disappointing. The two nodes that offer the vibration and massage are very large and uncomfortable to rest an arm or leg on while using the pad. And after about 2 weeks of use, one of the nodes stopped working. Occasionally it would spontaneously start again and then abruptly stop again. Obviously there was a short in the product and when I tried to look into returning the product, my only option was a customer support number which was unhelpful. I ended up throwing the product away. I would give this product a zero if I could. Would not buy again. The only reason I bought this brand is because it was on sale and I was trying to be budget conscious. Next time, I’m going with the name brand that I know.

Good while it lasted.
I really liked this heating pad at first, it’s soft, comfortable, and the weighted design feels great on my neck and shoulders. It heated up well and the vibration feature was a nice touch.Unfortunately, it only lasted about four months before it stopped working properly. I do use heating pads daily and for long periods, but I’ve had others last at least a year with the same amount of use. It’s a good product while it works, just not as durable as I hoped.

A vital part of my healing from surgery.. It helps to relieve pain from surgery and promotes the process of healing of my knee, it also helps relieve arthritic pain in my back, hips and knees…the warmth from the heat, and the vibrating features on arthritic muscles is relieving the pain…
