Lightweight. And spongy or thick enough to protect your floor from whatever exercise equipment you’re placing on it. Note that it comes in a box, folded up, not rolled up. There’s a note inside the box apologizing for that and telling you to roll it up and put it in the included carrying sleeve and leave it there for up to 3 days to eliminate the creases caused by the folding. I did that for the full 3 days and the creases were almost completely gone. I continued rolling it up whenever I wanted to store or carry it and the creases are gone. Box includes mat, carrying sleeve with shoulder strap and drawstring closure, and a small towel. Very satisfied, met my needs and expectations. I can’t rate its “comfort” as I don’t use it for floor exercises or yoga. I just place my treadmill on it.

Decent quality, and price, I’ve purchased two of them.
The material isn’t super durable, so don’t be too hard on it.The creases from the fold will come out over time.This is the second purchase for me, two different sizes.Got it to keep in the car so I can go to the park and find a shady spot to work out, that way I don’t get itchy from the grass.It does come with a travel bag, and micro fiber towel, but they are folded up on the inside, so when you first open it, you can’t see them, but they are there.Also, be careful opening up the Amazon box… somehow I cut through the box AND through the plastic bag that the mat shipped in…. And by some miracle, didn’t cut the mat with my box cutter.For a barrier between you and the ground to exercise, highly recommend.

The equipment mat works well. I use it in multiple ways including standing directly on it for exercises, under a portable stepper, laying out muilple had weights, etc. It is cushy enough but not too soft.The size works well for my location it’s long enough and wide enough

Not The Best Quality
I was not very impressed with this matt. We had gotten it to put underneath a walking pad to reduce noice but it did not work. The material was very thin and not the best for its money. Do not recommend if you are looking for something to provide some sort of cushion.

The mat was not rolled like the picture.it arrived folded which has left severe creasing in the mat which which has ruined it. Not good
