A: Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.

Rest your arm on a flat surface, palm facing up, with your wrist at heart level to minimize movement.

Stay still and silent during the measurement.

Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.

Q: Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?

A: Individual blood pressure varies multiple times everyday. It is also affected by the way you tie your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.
