This Bob and Brad M7 plus massager is terrific. Something unique about it is that it includes a heat and a blue light therapy feature. There are two different temperature settings for the heat, which go to 100°F and 107°F. The heat will help with muscle recovery and overall, a better experience. The blue light therapy offers skin care treatment, which is something I’ve never seen before on a massager.This massager has five adjustable speeds along with five different heads, each for different purposes. One of my favorite parts about it is how small and lightweight it is. This massager only weighs 0.88 pounds and can easily fit into your bags when traveling. Don’t underestimate this massager just because how compact it is, it is very powerful!I absolutely love the design because it is very easy to hold, without putting any strain on my wrist. I believe this massager is well gripped as it is covered in silicone. This Bob and Brad massager comes with a type C cable and supports fast charging. This device can be charged 100% in two hours, which is amazing! Overall, I’m very happy with this, and I would highly recommend it!

Great little massage gun!
I love this mini massage gun. I received this 3 days ago and have been using it multiple times each day. It’s very easy to use and effective in relieving my tight muscles in my legs, arms and hands. I have arthritis and it has eased the pain in my hands. I charged the battery when I got it and haven’t had to charge it again after 3 days of use and about 2 hours of use. I love that there’s 5 speeds to choose from. It is quiet, compact and easy to handle. All the various attachments are useful. I will be bringing this on all my trips. It helps to relax my muscles and me. I highly recommend this massage gun.

This massager offers the main head which is heated low & high and the blue light which is skin brightening. The main M7 head is individually charged by type c connector for heating element and skin brightening. The main massager unit is also same connector rechargeable type c. The massager comes with a nice storage bag for putting away or for travel. The unit has a long lasting battery and adjustable speeds 1 thru 5 . 5 the highest and 1 being the lowest. The massager is very portable since its not big in size. This unit has help me with pain relief on my spine & back. My wife also uses it at night for muscle recovery since she exercises intensively. She stated clearly it helps with her muscle regeneration quicker not being as sore the next day. This little massager helps us both in different ways and is worth every penny on what it offers.

Light weight & effective pain relief for tight muscles
I had lumbar spinal & SI fusion two years ago and just had a flair up. The muscles in my lumbar area seized & I was barely able to stand up straight. I bought this massage gun in desperation bc I couldn’t plug something in or hold anything heavy. It came fully charged, which I really appreciate, & has a nice selection of massage heads to choose from. It’s very light weight & works phenomenally. I especially love the heated massage head. Good battery life so far and has been wonderful for pain relief. I highly recommend.

Perfect Travel-friendly Massage Gun
Very impressed with this massage gun, used it during a week long business trip. Compact enough to toss right into a carry-on bag pocket as it has a nice pouch that holds the unit and all different heads. The fact this device charges with USB-C fits my need of USB-C everything, so that I can declutter my packing with just one good cable.The design is minimalist with matte black grip and delivers a very strong massage even on its lowest “gear” setting. There are five speeds or “gears” as the device mentions, I really only tolerate the first couple.I used it mostly for some neck pack I had dealt with due to poor sleep, and it definitely reduced discomfort after a few sessions. I used the fork-head to get into a deep tissue. The device is very simple and although I always read manuals, one can pickup and play quite quickly. There’s virtually no noise if not any louder than a simple electric toothbrush.

Kupiłam niby przenośny, kompaktowy i nie jakoś zbyt drogi pistolet do masażu a dostałam super sprzęt, z którego działania jestem mega zadowolona, bo nie spodziewałam się takiej jakości 🤗!!Od jakiegoś czasu trenuje siłowo, więc taki sprzęt to must have – kto trenuje ten wie.Używam pistoletu na pierwszym biegu-jest tak mocny ! Masuje nim powięzie, mięśnie a nawet podeszwy stóp a końcówka z ciepłym światłem jest rewelacyjna dla wszystkich tych, którzy mają problem z kręczem szyjnym, no nie ma niczego lepszego ! Pistolet nawet na pierwszym biegu jest mocny, nie zatrzymuje się pod siła ucisku na ciało, świetnie leży w dłoni- rewelacyjny sprzęt!Ciekawa jestem jakie są w użyciu te droższe modele, skoro ten tańszy jest tak rewelacyjny 😄!?Szczerze polecam !!

I do a lot of walking (I’m a walk leader for a holiday company), and consequently, my legs and feet ache after a few walks. Using the mini massager has been absolutely amazing, the relief is almost instant, and I like the heat addition. It is especially good for my Plantar Fasciitis and gives me some relief when using the heat head. The quality build of the unit is superb, it is very light, and as I travel a lot to various places in the UK, it is easy to slip into my luggage, plus the unit itself is very compact. There are 5 different head attachments: the heat head which is for all body parts, the u-shaped head for spine, neck and shoulder, air cushion head for sensitive body parts, ball head for large muscles like quads, glutes and the bullet head for joints, deep tissue and trigger points. The manual is very comprehensive and gives instructions for whereabouts you should target the muscles. It also comes with a little carry bag which will fit the unit and all the heads and charging cable. It is very quick to charge and seems to hold the charge for some time. Overall, I am very pleased and you will not be disappointed in the purchase.Update: I’ve been using the mini massage gun for a few weeks now and it is absolutely brilliant, after a long walk, or visit to the gym, or hard cycle ride, out comes the massage gun and all aches disappear. Very pleased with it.
