This is the absolute best hydration you can buy, and cucumber lime is the most refreshing!(Warning to folks who expect a “propel” like taste and consistency … THIS IS NOT IT, Flash IV is thick and slightly salty, when you first drink it you think, “oh this isn’t quenching at all” then a seconds later , it hits you …”oh wow…. That is REALLY quenching!”This is a gulping the whole bottle drink… Not sippy sipping…

They were exhausted and after chugging these down, they both got a second wind.My husband and I both drink these pretty much daily. They help him in the gym with recovery and hydration. And I’m currently pumping for my 4 month old. There is definitely a noticeable difference if I stay hydrated with these (and water) vs not. The extra “umph” in your step and alertness is great.I absolutely recommend trying these out! The strawberry kiwi flavor is my personal favorite but all flavors are delicious.
