Convenient clean protein supplement (expensive but effectiv)
I’ve been taking these Perfect Amino tablets with my clean keto diet. They’re convenient for when I’m on the go but still want a full essential amino acid profile for my workout or everyday energy. From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories.The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact.PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers.MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side.That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars. If you’re ok with the price, I recommend them.

This brand was recommended to me by my Naturopath. I use it to help with upping my protein without calories or feeling stuffed. Check the tablet size before ordering. If you have trouble swallowing larger pills there is a powder option

They used to make this with a smaller ingredient list and I didn’t realize this has been reformulated about a year ago. It was a nice solid list of good aminos but now has too many in my opinion. Also, for those prone to uric acid or gout issues, the Adenine, ATP, deoxyadenosine and deoxyguanosine can be metabolized into uric acid. This also does not give the breakdown of milligrams per ingredient, it should have an amino acid profile on it. Been using the new formula for a week and I really don’t feel any difference with exercise, sleep or skin. I feel more muscular impact and sleep improvement from taking collagen vs this.

I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)!
