More awake/alert!
I don’t write many reviews but this product deserved one. Im assuming I was really deficient in aminos, because I’ve only taken these for a couple of days and since day one, I have felt more awake and less groggy. I don’t think it a placebo effect because I had no expectations of feeling different, just wanted to add this to my daily vitamins. Its not like a caffeine awakening, just makes you feel more present and rested. At least thats how it has affected me. If that changes, ill update. As of now, it feels like it makes a difference.

Good stinky stuff
This is a great supplement and good at doing what it needs to do but the pills are very large and they smell incredibly bad when opening the container, so bad in fact I stopped taking them and will look for something else. When you open the lid a thick puff of pill dust aggressively goes everywhere. It will get trapped in your nose and you will smell it until you wash it out. It smells like a cross between dog food and a dirty hamster cage. Like I said, the pills are large and you have to take 5 at a time. That dust that they shed is left in your mouth and yuck yuck yuck! You can taste it even after drinking a bunch of water. I’m sorry but this supplement is not recommended.
