Cheap adhesive, inaccurate zeroing.
There is a protective sticker covering the view screen. When pulling it off, it pulled off the actual screen cover at the top. So the protective sticker has stronger adhesive than the the actual base screen cover. I was able to press it back down and it stuck but it makes me question the water resistance factor.Additionally, mine does not zero to 0.0lbs. It zeros to 0.11lbs. I can find no way to change that including following the instructions to hold down the Clear/Tare button. It always goes to 0.11.While that may seem trivial, a 1lb fish would show as 1.11lbs which is +11% variability and not within their claimed +/- 0.3% variability. Sure I could just subtract .11lbs from each fish but I prefer not to do math while fishing, even basic substraction.I’ll be sending it back.

Beware of screen quality.
Brand new and out of the package, the protective sticker that covers the display that is supposed to be peeled off so you can view the screen had adhesive so strong it was actually lifting the entire screen display off the item. Now I have to wait two or more weeks for a replacement. No clue why they simply don’t use a static cling sticker instead of one with an adhesive side.
