More sweet than sour
These are… ok. Not as lemon as I would like. More like cotton candy with lemon than lemonade, these are more sweet lemon than sour lemon. I certainly prefer the true lemonade flavor of LMNT.These do seem to be less acidic, which is why I tried them, so better for stomach acid issues.I’ll finish the box, not sure I’ll buy again, though. Just not what I’m looking for.

Homemade electrolyte taste, quality ingredients
I wish that I loved the taste of this, because the quality and ingredients are great. The powder dissolves quickly. The flavor itself is not horrible. It is the saltiness that I can not get past. It is hard for me to explain; it is like a heaviness/coconut water kind of feel in your mouth that I just don’t enjoy. However, if you are used to making your own electrolyte drinks at home, the texture is similar to that and I think you would love it. The packets are super convenient and make it easy to stay hydrated on the go!

Taste Great and Very Clean Product
Love this stuff!! The flavor is strong so I only use about a half packet in 20 oz of water. I can’t wait to try the other flavors

Nice hydration boost
‘Hydrate or Die’ is such a great name for this. This made-in-the-USA BUBS brand gives you 20 individual lemon-flavored packets to mix with 12 oz of water. I just spent a day volunteering at an open house at our local firehouse and it was hot and muggy in those engine bays and mixing a packet with my water made a huge difference by the end of the day. I wasn’t as exhausted as I might have been, I felt great and still had energy. I do credit the supplemented drink for this b/c days like this can leave me plotzed.There’s no denying that this makes a salty drink. There is a hint of lemon, but let me advise you that, in my personal opinion, you need very cold water to enjoy it when mixed with water. There is no fruity flavor blast. Once it warms up, the salt is too pervasive for my preference. I still drank it at room temp, but it wasn’t as tasty to do so.The packet dissolves nicely in water. I really like that I’m getting some sea salt, magnesium, potassium citrate, and potassium chloride to rev up my body’s engine. I’m not sold on cane sugar being the 1st ingredient on the list (7grams per serving) and I wish they would up the lemon for more of a flavor shot. As I mention this, I’m reminding myself that some energy drinks have 56g of sugar in a 16 oz. can, so I shouldn’t complain about 7g. During these hot days or while exercising strenuously, I can see that it’s a benefit to have these portable packets by your side. The hydration boost from this box is a healthier, more natural alternative when compared to other pre-packaged drinks with additives and high fructose corn syrup. These have no preservatives, no artificial colors nor artificial flavors. I’m grateful to be introduced to these packets, which do work well and are incredibly convenient to take with you anywhere.

Misleading Listing
There is a nutrition panel and ingredient list image for BUBS. Sure the nutrition panel lists “Sugar” but the ingredients conveniently leaves “Cane Sugar” off the list, which is also the FIRST ingredient. It’s not a lot of cane sugar, but it just feels misleading by leaving that absent from the ingredient list.From a flavor standpoint, it is a light flavor, like a watered down juice, so it is pleasant but not a blast of flavor. It’s also not too salty, despite being so high in electrolytes.
