Apps and speaker make workouts fun
Working out at home used to feel like a chore, but this treadmill for home helps. It connects to a couple of fitness apps—I use one to follow simple walking plans, and sometimes I’ll pick a virtual route just to mix things up. The Bluetooth speaker is handy too; I play my favorite playlist or a podcast, and suddenly 30 minutes goes by faster. It’s not a huge upgrade, but small things like that make me more likely to stick to my routine.

Comfortable home treadmill
This treadmill is very wide, so when I run or walk fast on it, I feel comfortable. It has may programs for choosing. Sometimes the speed of programs is too fast, but I can download the app on my phone and use Bluetooth connect to the treadmill. there are more coursed on the app, and I can control treadmill by phone, also can sync my exercise data, which is very convenient for me.The noise of treadmill is not very loud, so I can run and listen to music together, it’s no problem. I bought this treadmill mainly because it can climb slope, now I used the incline function and it’s easy to operate and smoothly. if you have a good treadmill, you will want to do exercise every day.

Treadmill has an incline which I love.
I love everything about this treadmill, it works good, it came all ready assembled, it arrived in good time and was boxed well. If I could change anything it would be to add a feature that allows you to pause it and pick up where you left off but otherwise it’s perfect for what I wanted in a walking pad.
