I will start right off the bat saying that the only reason I am giving this a 4 star is because of the amount of creatine and the taste. It dissolves really well in water and it has a very pleasant fruity taste. However, I do not appreciate how supplements like this list innumerous other ingredients and nutrients but at trace amounts. So, I have to say all that long list is more decorative than valuable.I’ve tried a wide range of pre-workout and recovery powders, and I’ll give this product credit where it’s due. The creatine monohydrate is dosed at 5000 mg per scoop, which is excellent. That’s the clinically supported amount known to improve muscle strength, recovery, and endurance, and it’s the main reason this product still holds value.The formula boasts an impressive list of other ingredients like BCAAs, collagen, zinc, turmeric, tongkat ali, ashwagandha, and more but the real story is in the dosages, and that’s where things get a little murky. The protein content is under 1g, which already limits the impact of the included BCAAs which to actually support recovery or muscle maintenance, most research recommends 5–10 grams, not trace amounts. The herbal blend (turmeric, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, ashwagandha, etc.) also appears underdosed, with most ingredients listed at only 100 mg or less, far below effective clinical levels. Many of these compounds require doses closer to 300–600 mg daily to yield any meaningful results.So while this formula markets itself as a powerful all-in-one, it’s really best viewed as a high-quality creatine powder with a pleasant flavor and a handful of extra ingredients tossed in for label appeal. If you’re just looking for a clean, easy-to-drink creatine source with a light functional boost, this works. But if you’re hoping to get full benefits from testosterone-boosting herbs, inflammation support, or amino recovery, you’ll likely need to supplement elsewhere.
