Works great, fresh natural scent
I love sitting out front and watching the sun rise. I Those pesty skeeters are buzzing everywhere. Once I light the Coleman candle, within 5 minutes they’re all gone. I The wood wick lights instantly. So convenient with the metal top to snuff out the candle. I HIGHLY recommend this product over all others. Put one in ur pocket if ur heading into skeeter territory. Great compact sixe and long lasting.

No kidding , I bought 4 other type of Citronella candles and oil and none of them worked to keep mosquitoes away ! So I bought a small Coleman pine cented citronella candle and it has detoured these little jerksa lot better ! Does NOT bother my nose , smells nice and the wick is heavyduty tough ! The other candles had 3 wicks each and mamby pamby , burned fast . The Coleman candle has out burned the others , lasting longer, which makes Coleman the winner ! Happy with this product & purchase ! 5 stars !

Great if there is no breeze
The smell is pleasant. We used it for the first time tonight. The smallest breeze would blow out the candle. I relit it twice in under 30 minutes. I definitely did not hear any crackling, but I didn’t buy it for that reason. It was easy to light and seemed to do the job of keeping mosquitos away while it was burning.

Good, But Constant Relighting Required
These candles smell great, last a long time and do a great job of keeping mosquitoes away. However, they are easily blown out by the slightest breeze.I keep them on my patio table and have to relight them every two minutes or so. I’ve had other citronella candles and rarely need too relight them.

We live on the ground floor in hot and humid Singapore and have the occasional mosquitoes problem.
