It Helped Me – But I Can Only Judge It Based on my Situation – Each Individual will be different and expect different things.
This Compression Support was exactly what I was looking for – I’ve had it for about a week and used it for two (2) full days and then two (2) additional times while doing work outside just to give me that extra confidence in my back while I’m working my way back to what I hope is full strength. This might not be for everyone – I think it really depends on what you are wanting to get out of it – I can tell you this (and maybe it was just mind over matter but I received this last Saturday after waking up that morning in excruciating pain from the Sciatica – it was all I could do to get moving that morning and get to the post office to pick this up. I put it on as soon as I got home and for me it was some instant relief from the pain and I wore it the rest of the day with no discomfort and continued to feel better through the day – I’ve seen many reviews and almost didn’t get it but I really wanted to get something and the other items I looked at in this category just didn’t seem to be what I needed – I’m between a 38 and 40 and so I got the X-Large and it worked great for me under my clothes – I got this one because a lot of answers I saw to similar products seemed to indicate that those with a large range and fits most were really not big enough and would be too tight – getting the X-Large for me was perfect. Will it work for everyone, I don’t know – each person is different and I really wanted some support that I could control by adjusting the tightness if I felt I needed. I know back pain is nothing to play with so I really think you have to decide what is right for you – for me this worked and I hope that it will continue to work when I feel I need it. I’m certainly no expert on back pain and can only speak for myself. Glad I got it and glad it was available via Amazon Prime to get it quickly – for me it couldn’t have arrived at a better time. I will consider getting another just to have as a spare or to wear to the office vice the 1st one I got which I tend to use for outdoor activities – I only plan to wear it if and when I feel I need it. I know one review said it left stains and I would say that in my case it did as well but I was wearing it over a white t-shirt and while it did leave basically an outline of the “belt” it was of no concern to me as it was hot, humid and muggy – when I wore it in the comfort of my home I did not experience any staining.

Not tight enough
Good and does its job but the only problem i have with this product is if it is made for bending why every time i crouch or reach for something it goes up all the way to my stomach and doesnt stay stable. And i bought the right size for my hips. Works good if youre only standing up all day and not bending.

Over the past two years since my back accident, I have had sciatica on and off, been to Physiotherapy and back and yet nothing seems to give me long lasting relief, until I found this product. Once again, this brand proves to be amazing and getting what it says on the box done.At first I didn’t notice anything, but as the hours went by, I started to notice my back feeling lighter and more relieved. 24 hours later, I’m doing the things I used to be able to do with minimal to no pain, no effort at all. I cannot believe that this product has managed to provide me with this much relief.It is a soft, but strong material, I can tell this quality will last for a very long time. It is so comfortable to wear, I have worn it cycling and for stretching and core training and it has really helped to support me during these exercises. I have already had my back examined since using this and it has been confirmed that my tension is becoming less already. Things that were noticeable are becoming harder to find.I highly recommend this product and it’s brand to everyone.Sizing is perfect too btw, I have exactly a 38 inch waist and there is still room with the smaller size.
