Overall this is a great yoga mat for someone who is larger. I am tall (5’10) and also thick and this has been such a game changer. Its still not quite long enough for my entire body, but at least I’m not cut off at the knees now. The extra space makes it possible to do poses more comfortably without constantly adjusting or hanging off the mat. It is nice and thick so there’s a little extra support and cushion, which my joints very much appreciate. The underside is grippy so it doesn’t slide around, and the top side on your skin is some kind of fabric adjacent where it doesn’t feel sticky and plasticky, which I like.The reason I had to take a star off is because it is easy to damage, so you have to be careful with it. Unfortunately, I learned that my cat also loves this yoga mat and he decided to express that with his claws. It isn’t as durable as the more plasticky types, which I never had trouble with. Its not a huge deal, I just gotta be careful to put it away every time. Its nice that it comes with a strap, its just a few pieces of elastic but its very sturdy and holds it together well.Overall I think this is a great yoga mat and has made a shocking difference to have one thats actually big enough that my feet and hands can be on it at the same time without having to adjust my stance into something less stable just to fit on the mat.

Looks like it’s good quality but it’s not it worth price first the box was damaged the mat was dirty and had scratches I don’t understand how or why but I was excited to get my mat until I got it.
