Good quality and value for money
Got 2 mats for me and wife for yoga. It is soft and have good grip with the floor. Have sufficient length, width, thickness for doing yoga poses. It came with an extra piece may be for use as head rest or something, any way good to have. Also it came with a carrying strap all for a reasonable price

It is a proper thickness to protect bones, joints, knees and elbows while exercising.
This is a very nice, cushy mat that is amply sized for many exercise activities. When I use it, my knees and elbows aren’t hurting from hard surfaces and movement is comfortable on the mat. I also like the carry strap that not only makes it easy to transport, but it keeps the mat in a neat package that is also easy to store. The color I picked is a very nice shade of purple. I am very happy with my choice of yoga mat.

Ordered blue, got green, just like pretty much every other reviewer. Not a deal breaker, but does speak to the consistent lack of communication to the customer about the change. It’s nice and thick and soft, and I really like the additional smaller mat that comes with it, and the carrying strap.

I just received this mat and it is exactly the color I wanted and meets all my expectations. One thing is it came with an extra piece but no description of it on line or in the package. It appears to be for maybe your head or knees for extra cushioning which is a very nice touch. The mat is very grippy and does not move on my tile floor. The strap is nice since it has velcro to go around the mat instead of trying to squeeze it into the openings, like others I have seen. It also has packing literature that gives a two year warranty on the mat. Namste!!
