This is a good one
I wanted to get more active while still spending a huge amount of time at a keyboard and listening to podcasts, so I purchased this. It has worked really well so far. No assembly needed, and it’s light enough for me to pick up the end without the wheels, and easily wheel it around. It does roll smoothly, so no worries about having it on hardwood floors. I did buy a pad to go under it though. I am 5’7″ and worried about having to shorted my stride to walk on it, but it is mot a problem. I am going to slap together a small table top or something to rest my arms on while using the keyboard – I have zoned out while walking and found myself trying to step on the front, off the back, or way off to the side. A small table or something will help keep me centered in place (I do not have a standing desk yet). It is quiet and seems well designed and well made, not the usual from China. I am loving it so far and have no reason to think that will change as this seems to be well built.

Great treadmill mat – quiet, secure and true to size
I liked the fact that the mat fit right away. It’s quiet and protects the floor, and it didn’t have any odor, which is rare with this kind of product. I have been using it for a long time, and so far it has proved to be excellent. Before that I tried the usual thin mats, but they quickly deformed and did not give such stability. The material leaves no marks and is easy to clean!!! The product fully met my expectations – practical, comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. I think it will last a long time.

Using this as a workout mat – seems good.
I’m using this as a workout mat. It’s wide and soft. It’s good for step back lunges, sit-ups, etc. I’m happy that this is grippy enough for my shoes but not too grippy for double-unders with the jump rope. It seems more rugged than a lot of yoga mats that tend to start to shred with burpees.

Provides for safe workout
Purchased for at home training for my daughter. She uses a fitness box to jump on to build strength for figure skating. The box doesn’t move whatsoever when it’s on top of this pad. It rolls up nicely, did not smell a lot when it arrived. Well priced and seems very durable. I am glad she won’t slip when jumping off and on the box and that the box is more safely usable now.

This mat is great, its thick and cushiony. I would recommend using this on hard floors, but could work on short carpet. I bought to use with my walking pad under the desk, but since my desk is on carpet there was just too much cushion and the belt was hitting this mat.

This mat is perhaps slightly thinner than the other one I have (from supermats) but looks sturdy enough and so far (I’ve had it for about 2-3 weeks) it’s performing well. It’s quite soft/spongy but so far it hasn’t been an issue – it may actually dampen the noise better because of it. Good deal!

This mat has become my portable home gym. I put it by the pool area or under the trees in the backyard to do all my workouts: push ups, planks, squats, jump rope, I can do all my exercises on it. It is the prefect thickness to provide a soft stable surface that is comfortable and easy on the joints. i have noticed a big difference on my knees and hips since using this mat to do double unders or burpees. It’s been a real joint-saver! Larger than a normal yoga mat or any jump rope mat out on the market, it is the perfect size for a personal exercise space to do anything from hiit, weights/kettle bell work, stretches, yoga. It seems quite durable as well, taking hits from weights and rope rather well. It doesn’t seem to absorb sweat and odour at all though I do wipe it down with a wet rag after every use. Grooves on the mat surface make it a bit hard to clean but not impossible. Great value for money with prompt delivery – overall, a highly recommended home gym solution!
