Very sturdy, worth the money
The bench is solid and easy to assemble. Very comfortable and offers multiple positions of incline from flat to 90 degrees The pads are thick but not squishy, very solid support with heavy weight.

Perfect fit for my Nordictrack
I am very pleased with this mat. It arrived in time and in excellent condition. It unrolled easily and had only a minimal curl at the end that had the tightest roll. I did not notice any smell or odor. I ordered this to help protect my floor and reduce some noise from my new treadmill. I easily unrolled it and maneuvered my Nordictrack onto it. As you can see from the photos, it is the perfect size. The treadmill fits both the width and the length of this mat. The mat feels like an appropriate thickness, and seems to have enough cushion without sacrificing durability. As I don’t plan to use it for an exercise mat (although I certainly could), I expect that it will last a long time. For the price, I couldn’t beat it. I will update my review if I have any issues, but based on my initial impressions I don’t expect to have any.

Exactly what I wanted
It is good quality high density material that can be cut easily using box cutter. Mat edges stays flat and there’s no squeeky sound while using the elliptical. Good buy for the price range. I used smooth side facing down after reading multiple reviews. It would be nice if it had instructions on the correct usage.

Good mat for Peloton bike
This mat works well for our Peloton bike. The bike is stable and not wobbling, and the mat provides a nice cushion for walking in your Delta clip cycling shoes. It was also easy to clean when my puppy chose it as an unfortunate spot to go the bathroom.

Perfect
Better than expected. Quality mat at half the price of the name brand ones. Put this under my bike trainer so I can drip sweat and periodically lube the chain without destroying the floor. What’s not to like?

For my birthday, my husband got me a second hand treadmill that we saw at a thrift store (twenty-five bucks!!) and as soon as we got it home, I realized I had made a huge mistake in not getting a treadmill mat since we have brand new hardwood floors. Off to Amazon I went and came across this nifty little life saver. I was concerned about the size because I can not guesstimate the size of anything to save my life, and I was too lazy to grab the measuring tape, so I figured the worst that would have happened is that I would have to return it. It had arrived on time as promised (unlike a lot of other items I have been ordering from other sellers) and packaged quite nicely. The hard part came when I, a 130lb woman, decided to try and place the treadmill on the mat. It kept catching and would have been quite a sight, but still, I was able to do it. My treadmill originally seemed a little unbalanced or unstable (again, second hand and $25, couldn’t be too upset) but this actually not only made it stable, but a lot quieter too. The mat does seem a little thin, but extremely dense, so I have no worries about it breaking down anytime soon. I have a Pro-Form Crosswalk 380 and the sizing was just right, so if you’re lazy like me, just compare the dimensions of my machine with yours. There is some extra room length wise, so may fit a longer machine, however, width wise, there isn’t much free space beyond what my treadmill took up. I am also extremely pleased that the company offers a 2-year warranty. It shows that they truely stand behind their product and makes me happy to support them as a company. Would definitetly recommend to anyone in the market for a product like this!

More than just a treadmill mat
We’ve purchased five of these so far, only one sits under a treadmill. It is great for that use if that’s what you’re looking for; ours has protected our carpet from our treadmill for over three years and it still looks great. We use our treadmill on a weekly basis.We also used one under a bike trainer. It works well for that purpose too. It wipes down easily and looks great after a couple years of use.We have one under each of our dog crates. The mat cuts easily with a good pair of scissors so we cut it to fit the size of our crates. We have two labs and use the mats to protect our hardwood floors and carpet from the dog crates. The mats work very well for this too. The only wear is from our puppy chewing on the corner (he is a lab).Finally, we use one of these to protect our back door from rain water. Our back door is partially covered and has a gap between the door and the porch. It’s too complicated to describe how we use it, but we cut the mat to the size we needed it with a pair of scissors and it stops the water from damaging the door frame. We also ended up with a smaller mat left over that we use for a kettlebell drop mat when doing garage workouts.In summary, this is a very versatile mat that is great to use as advertised or for many other purposes. It’s pliable enough to be resized with a good pair of scissors, but durable enough to handle daily use.

Very good mat for exercise equipment (e.g. bike trainer). It is long and wide enough for most exercise equipment while many others are a bit too narrow. Good durability but be careful with bike shoe cleats that protrude from the bottom of cycling shoes as they may cut the foam. I use mountain bike SPD pedals which are flat. Consider placing a towel on the mat if using SPD-SL road cleats. You probably want a towel under the bike to absorb sweat anyways. Foam mat is thick enough to make it an excellent option to use for on-floor exercises (e.g. sit-ups). Recommended.

No es tan grueso pero si te va a proteger las rodillas (yo ya tuve previo al tapete una lesión de rodilla y no he resentido esa lesión), si de plano no te las protege es por que estas haciendo algo mal, esta perfecto para todo tipo de ejercicios y su tamaño hace que tengas suficiente espacio para burpees y saltos laterales, además de que esta cosa pareciera que no se desliza ni aunque le eches aceite al piso!!. Le he puesto encima barras paralelas, escalones para ejercicio, la he super maltratado y con un manguerazo o pasandole el trapeador queda como nueva, tengo ya una desde hace como cuatro años y acabo de comprar otra para mi novia para que ya le eche más ganas y no culpe al tapete de yoga por que se mueve y no se te va a separar como los de rompecabezas que con el tiempo se empiezan a aflojar las pestañas donde se conectan.
