Great Stepper Once You Get the Hang of It
This foldable stair stepper works out perfectly for home workouts. It gives a solid cardio and ab workout while being compact enough to fit easily in my space. At first, it took me a little time to figure out how to switch the settings, but once I got the hang of it, it became very easy to use. I like that it folds for storage and still feels sturdy while exercising. A great addition to my home gym.

Not Bad For The Price
This is not bad for a home gym. Considering that a commercial stair climber costs thousands of dollars, it is on par or slightly better than I would expect for the low price. Can you get a good workout on it? Yes. Functionally, it is fine, and was easy to put together. Is it the smoothest or quietest machine? No, but if you’re looking for a way to boost your cardio conditioning without breaking the bank, it will work. I like that it’s foldable and doesn’t take up too much space. If you’re in a rush and don’t have time to get to the gym, you can crank out a quick 20-minute cardio blast at home, hit the shower, and off you go. The ab attachments are okay, but as a personal trainer for over 31 years, I would recommend doing planks and side planks instead, gradually increasing the time as you get stronger, for better functional core training.

Great Stair stepper & Abs workout
This machine is awesome! I love that it combines a stepper with an ab workout, so I feel like I’m getting a full body workout without needing a bunch of equipment. It’s really sturdy and holds up well and I feel safe using it.The adjustable handlebars make it easy to set it up just how I like, and I can definitely feel it working my core, legs, and abs. Best part about it it folds up and doesn’t take much space, which is perfect for my home gym.Great quality for the price and such a smart design. I’m really happy with this purchase!

Breaking cables in less than 10 minutes. DON’t waste your time.
It didn’t even work for 10 minutes. For reference I’m 5’8 230lbsI started using it and within 10 minutes I smelled rubber burning and started hearing a horrible creaking noise. I looked down and saw that the cables were already having the protective thing burning and ripping off.Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to return this sighhh.

Great abs workout
Overall this is a decent and well made machine. The only not well made part was the wire and wheels operating the stair stepper. I used it 2 times and there was so much friction generated that the rubber melted and came off and the wire came off of the wheels even though I’m well below the specifications for weight. I give it 2 stars because it still works as a great ab workout machine. It’s very easy to use and assemble.

Recommend
I’m really impressed with this stair stepper! It was easy to set up, folds up nicely when not in use, and doesn’t take up much space in my home. The build feels sturdy and safe, and the adjustable handlebar makes it comfortable no matter your height. The pedals have a good grip and move smoothly, giving a solid workout without being too noisy. I love that I can get a quick cardio session in at home while also working my legs, core, and arms. Great for days when I don’t want to go to the gym. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for compact workout equipment that actually delivers.

Nice stair machine, can’t figure out the ab portion
As a stair stepper, this is a nice, easy to put away, wallet friendly option. It’s not electronic, it’s all cables and pulleys, but it gets the job done. After the first minute I start to feel it. After the 3rd minute I’m huffing and puffing, and I spend a lot of time in Japan (tons of stairs) so that should give you an idea.As an ab machine… I just don’t get it. I had to try to find some video of how it should work. Swapping out the foot pads for knee pads was easy enough, but when it came to actually using it… I just couldn’t get it to engage my core. So I dunno…4/5 stars because it works really well for stairs. Totally wasy to fold up and store too. So it’s good in a tight space.

Beware the secret stopper
I got this stepper in hopes of adding variety to my home workouts. It assembled easy enough but when I went to get on it, I experienced a hard stop with the way the pedals moved. The one on the right would not go down.Exploration revealed that there was a tiny metal plug in the left piece where the pedal slides that was stopping it from moving forward. I didn’t see reference to that in the instructions and still did not see it when I looked a second an third time. So….this loses a point for less than optimal instructions. Once I removed that piece (see pics), I was able to move both pedalsThe operation could be smoother/quieter. The friction of the slides on the bars creates a lot of noise….and creates drag. I may try lubricating the slides to see if that helps. But otherwise the stepper portion seems okay. I like that the handlebar can be adjusted to height/preference.Now for the ab portion. Not impressed at all. It’s easy to change the pedals to the pads and they are fairly comfortable but unless you already have a six pack, this will be very hard. It stays in the alternating movement mode (think stepper but with your knees instead of your feet) but to be able to move both legs up at once, you have to remove the cables. Once the cables are removed, you are you are pulling up against gravity and friction. Finally, although the stepper seemed to be packaged and protected well, there were scratches on the finish (see pic). This portion was inside the bubble wrap so the damage would have occurred at the factory. It’s not a huge thing, but combined with the other issues, contributes to the loss of a star. So…overall, I would rate this at three stars. I probably would not purchase again. I will update if it performs well over time…or doesn’t.
