Solid Yoga block
This yoga block is great. It has greatly helped with my alignment with triangle pose. I prefer using the block to putting my hand onto my shin when the hamstrings are tighter. Also great for putting under you for hero poses. The natural cork doesn’t slip during practice.

At first I was skeptical about the firmness of the block when using it for pelvic floor exercises but after learning the proper placement of the block I was happier. I use it for various stretches and exercises, so far very impressed with the durability of this product.

Functional & Beautiful
I wanted a yoga block that was both functional, but wouldn’t stand out too much, and finding this one reminded me of blocks I’d seen when I was younger, so it was also a bit nostalgic for me as well! It is firm, and remains stable so no issues with slipping. Light enough to travel with you if you need it for class or otherwise as well.

Excellent, especially for the price
I have used both foam and cork blocks for yoga practice. As a beginner, I find them very important for practicing safe yoga while stretching in a way that supports proper poses. This block did not disappoint. I prefer cork blocks, as the foam blocks tend to be lighter and have some give – they fall over more easily and cannot bear any real weight. This cork block is the perfect size; it is heavy and sturdy without being unwieldy. Gaiam products tend to be of high quality, in my experience, and I was pleased with my purchase.

I love these!!! Sturdy, heavy bricks with a solid feel and a surface that doesn’t seem to collect grime. They feel more firm than foam blocks, which is great if that’s what you’re into. (For me, it is.) These are slightly narrower than most blocks, but they balance well and fit nicely in the hand. The cork construction is nice enough that they can sit out in your home and look thoughtful, instead of thrown-around. Great for a paradoxically lazy exercise enthusiast. Five stars.
