I have been losing weight and need to build up muscle. The weighted vest seemed like an effective way that is easy to add some heavy weight. It’s made well. It’s has adjustable straps to tailor the fit. I hope it helps me stay fit.

The Vest That Works While You Do
This weighted vest turns everyday activities into a light workout. I felt the heaviness of the vest when I lifted it to put it on, but once it was on, I didn’t really notice the weight because the vest was so well balanced. When you wear a weighted backpack, you can feel it pulling you backwards and you have to compensate by leaning forward a bit. Not so with this vest. It is designed to keep the weight evenly distributed throughout the vest’s pads with dimples sewn in to keep the iron sand filling in place. For the amount of weight, it’s actually comfortable to wear!
I was worried when I ordered the 30lb walking vest thinking it might not be comfortable to wear, but I was completely wrong. Once you have the vest on your body, the weight is distributed evenly. You know its there and you feel it, but it doesn’t seem to bother us. It has comfortable elastic shoulder straps to help absorb the bounce when walking. The adjustable cross strap hold everything together and you can comfortable walk without having to make adjustments all the time. Also includes reflective stripes and an arm band to carry your phone. I’m more of a treadmill guy, but my wife prefers to walk outside when the weather is nice, those additional items will come in handy. We have both lost 50-60lbs with diet alone, so it’s hard to believe we lost two of these vests in weight each. We’ve both hit a plateau and we have both been wanting to try the weighted vest when we do our daily walks. Like with any new exercise, we will start off slow and shed the walking vest when needed instead of trying to push it.
