I purchased this agility ladder to improve my son’s footwork and cardio, and it’s honestly one of the simplest yet most effective training tools I’ve ever used.The ladder comes with durable, adjustable rungs that lie flat and stay in place during workouts. The straps are strong and haven’t twisted or tangled, even after being tossed around in a gym bag.Super lightweight and easy to roll up. It comes with a carrying bag, which makes it perfect for taking to the park, field, or gym.

This product is built well. Easy to set up and easy to put away. Adjusting the space in between bars could be a little easier to do. Great tool to work on your agility and to stay on the ball of your feet. We use it as a training tool to work on footwork for martial arts and it has been a big help. Great for cardio workout as well.

They do the job they need to do for the most part, the issue with this one is the rungs don’t stay in place and every time you bring it out of the holding bag you have to adjust the rungs every time before use. If you’re using this to help train someone that can take time out of the training session and even if you’re just using it yourself it takes time away from working out to have to lay it out every time and make sure all the rungs are equal distance apart.The bag is they come in is good, it has a handle on the side so it’s easier to carry if your hands are full or can be used with a carabiner to clip onto a gym bag. The SKLZ ladder also comes with a bag but no handle on it.Overall though because of the time it takes to adjust the rungs every time I prefer SKLZ because you can take it out of the bag and just lay it out much quicker. This is a good budget option since it offers two ladders so you could keep one at your regular workout area and still have another to take other places you want.

The ladder that I received wasn’t even the one pictured or as described. No connecting buttons at the ends, no organization rings, plastics slide up and down easily, cheap material, and doesn’t feel sturdy at all. The bag wasn’t even branded like the one pictured and the rungs did not come spaced out (not a big deal but it would be nice if it did). Will be returning.
