two *full* sets, i.e., two people can use them together, or graduate to the one that’s higher weight. good quality, good price. they do work well, and easy to use. design allows fingers to move independently, compared to bands in which you’d not know…its fairly new purchase for me with a couple of uses, please qualify this review with that in mind

Not much difference between the different strength adjustment
I ordered this to do some strength conditioning for my recent ‘trigger finger’ diagnosis. I don’t see much difference between the 8 levels of strength, and it is more for all the fingers at once than individual fingers. It does allow finger strength training, but not individual fingers, which is my need.

Worth trying for $15
These are good overall, but I guess it depends on your perspective and needs. I know my hands are weak and thought these might help, but I found them too challenging to use.My boyfriend, on the other hand, didn’t think much of these – he’s got large, strong hands already. He also has a deep scar causing nerve issues in one of his hands, so I thought these would help. He said his fingers fit in them and he can use them with ease, but after a couple of weeks he didn’t notice any difference at all.Because I (smaller female) find them so challenging and my boyfriend (large, strong male) finds them easy, I am sure these are worth $15 for an average-size person wanting to increase strength.

Nice quality bands…..the wrist strap is cheap as hell though. Bought these as a replacement for another set I destroyed. That one had cheap bands but a really solid wrist strap. This set….feel like the wrist strap is going to rip in half any minute when I use it.Ok….nvm…garbage. the band literally sliced ittsef off it’s hook rendeing it unusable….not even after 7 or 8 uses…
