Perfect for lawns without fences
This leash has probably saved my puppies life 19 times, and it has made him much happier than when he wears his 6 foot leash.Having a front lawn that is connected to a high-speed highway, I always dreaded bringing my puppy outside with me when reading, sunbathing, etc. I would have to tie his small leash to the staircase, and the poor guy seemed miserable with such a small circumference of space. After researching into this annoyance, I discovered this genius invention and immediately purchased it.The quality of the product is good- just what you would expect. I have been using it nearly every day for almost 3 months now and it’s still in tip-top shape. Now my puppy can hang out with me outside but still run a diameter of 18 feet! He is much happier. Last month we witnessed our neighbors dog, who was leash-less (the owner gave the same reasons I cited about) run right into the traffic and end his short life. Since then, I practically crazy-glued this leash to my puppy. It’s a great way to give them more play and give yourself less worry. Highly recommend!

Got it a week ago, it snagged on a branch when we were hiking and snapped before the end of the hike. Had to tie the end into a handle to get my dog home. That’s what I get for trying to save money. Going back to leather.

Love this leash and the pup does too!
I bought the 30 foot leash so that I could have my pup play in the park when she can’t be off leash. She’s a small 12 lb dog. We play fetch with this and it’s a decent length. If I throw it too far, I just drop the leash really quickly so that she can get it and pick it back up. My dog is very sweet and pretty well-behaved, but this gives me the peace of mind that she can’t run into the street because she sees a squirrel or something. Plus, she has enough room to stay close to us while having some freedom to go where she wants. I wish more people that want their dogs to run around in a park would do this. My pup and me were chased down by two giant off leash dogs at a park who’s owners could not get them under control. Don’t be those people. Get this leash or even the longer one so you can reign your dog in if need be. Definitely don’t try and walk your dog with this leash though. That would be silly. I use a six foot lead for walking.

I was a little unsure for which length of rope to get. I wanted to get some recall training and fetch training in with a longer lead, since my other lead was a measly little 11 incher.I ended up going with the 30ft lead, which is sufficiently long for recall training, but it seemed a little short for fetching.When fetching, I had to walk a little towards my dog when I threw it too far (which didn’t seem that far to me).For recall training, I let my puppy wander a little, then I would tug on the lead a bit and call her towards me. This worked WONDERS.The lead was very solid, and untangled very easily. I loved watching my pup run around others dogs and tie them up :), but they were easily untangled. The material is a little rough, like rope and if you loosely grip the lead, you could get rope burn!All in all, a fantastic product and would purchase the 50ft lead next time!

Well worth the investment
I bought the 50ft, 30ft, and 10ft leash to train my newly owned dog. He is 5 years old and from the shelter. This is one of my first purchases for him. This way I have been able to go to a huge dog park or out on the lawn without running the risk that he would run away. The training has worked well with these leashes. Eventually I moved over to a call and response unit so to give him more freedom. These are excellent leashes. I’ve owned them for over two years now and they still look great, dirty, but nothing wrong with them at all. I can highly recommend this. FYI, my dog is a 47 pound pit bull and boxer breed. He is a very strong dog but he never tested these leashes. I also like the misc. colors. It helps me to know the length of the training leash.

Great product at a great price
This is a great tool. I have been using it to teach retrieval behavior and to take my dog to the park. He is still a puppy and doesn’t like to come when he is called, especially if he is engaged in something. I am working on that behavior and this long lead helps me to do that. He is a little dog so it is long enough to really allow him to get exercise when there isn’t a fenced in area. I like it a lot and the price was extremely reasonable.

Beware what color you choose
Dont know what it is about these leads. I’ve bought 3. About 4 years ago, i bout a black one. Worked great but got shredded by a lawnmower last summer. Got another dog last July and bought a red one for her. Replaced the black one at the same time. The buckle on the red one broke within months. Replaced it again, same brand. It broke again. I’m now on my fourth red lead but the black one is still going strong.One star for red leads. Dont know what they always fail. The black ones are great. At some point, im going to stop buying red leads.

The feeling of being off-leash, but the safety of being on one. Great playtime/”off-leash training” lead
One of the best leads I own. When my corgi would run around to play with the neighbors dogs, the retractable wire braid leash I was using would just fly around and rope burn people’s ankles. My neighbors were thrilled when I got this since the material is strong, but absolutely not abrasive at all. It’s also long enough that I can leave it on the ground while my dog runs around. He gets the feeling of being able to run around and I can just put my foot down on the leash if I have to. The length is a bit much for a short walk and not perfect when I’m traveling places, but anytime I know I will be going somewhere he wants to run around and play freely I definitely bring this.

Es de nylon y es muy delgado. No me gustó que la descripción no coincida con el producto. En un principio le habia puesto tres estrellas, pero despues de probarla veo que es resistente y facil de limpiar. Vale la pena.
