Seems effective at improving hand eye coordination
This is a neat little tool to help kids (and adults for that matter) improve hand eye coordination, and creates a fun way for kids to practice without it feeling like “training”.When I first got it, I left it out on the table and my son and nephews (6, 6 and 7) were immediately drawn to it. I showed them what you’re supposed to do with it, and they played with it for over an hour straight. It was a bit too much on the first couple go arounds for them to try and catch certain colors, but it was fun for them simply trying to catch it. They love it, for them it’s just a fun toy, but I can see the benefits.It’s well made and durable, just a very simple and effective way to incorporate coordination during play. Great product!

Intriguing device for hand coordination.
I admit I ordered this device based solely on the intrigue factor. This training tool has an uneven weight which makes it unpredictable in identifying which colored handle of the tool will be at any certain place at any certain time. It builds hand speed and dexterity by determining in advance which colored handle you will be grabbing and then attempting to grab it mid-air. It’s harder than it sounds!This training tool feels solid and has a rugged durability yet is also surprisingly light. The colors of the handles are bold which makes it easy to view the different handles when the tool is spinning in the air. My only recommendation would be to add different textures to each of the handles so you can determine which handle you grabbed if you chose to do it blindfolded for extra difficulty. Overall, it’s a good value for the money and it appears that it can help improve speed and dexterity with consistent use.

So much fun!!
This simple toy has brought so much fun to our active household. The design is pretty straightforward and well crafted. The rubber grips feel sturdy and seem they will have longevity. It’s lightweight and easy to throw around. Use your imagination to create rules for play, but so far we have been playing with the rules that came in the package.We gently toss it up, in a spinning fashion, and then ask the next player to catch it by one of the colors. Seems simple and straightforward until the first time you attempt it! Then you realize just how much focus and timing it actually takes to make it happen. It is so much fun!! We absolutely love it and play as a family as often as we can get together, if even for just a couple of minutes!! Definitely addictive, and already making progress. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a fun, simple activity in a more challenging game of catch.

Tougher than it looks.
My son is a lacrosse goalie so I’m always on the lookout for things to improve reflexes/reaction speed. If you throw this like a frisbee and spin it quickly it’d be pretty impossible to catch a specific color but if you flip it more end over end or slowly spinning it’s possible to grab the right color.The toy is pretty simple and seems well built. As long as our dog doesn’t get a hold of it I don’t see it breaking. It’s firm but not hard so it doesn’t hurt your hands if it hits them and shouldn’t damage things like wood floors.It seems reasonably priced to me and we’ll keep working with it as a part of my son’s overall reaction work. This is another useful tool in his training toolkit.

Cool toy, hard to catch the correct color, arms need to be longer, doesn’t bounce of the ground
Fun little hand eye toy. It’s really hard to toss it and actually catch it by the color you pick. I think the arms need to be longer because most of the time you end up catching by the center section in between 2 colors rather than actually catching it by one of the arms. I gave it 4 stars for this reason, plus in one of the photos for this item it looks like you can bounce it of the ground and try to catch it, but it doesn’t bounce at all, trust me, I tried.

Handy coordination tool
There is absolutely nothing special about this. It’s some plastic with colored handles…. but it is effective, durable, and it keeps both kids and adults engaged. We’ve tried calling out colors as it leaves the hand or just prior to it being thrown, but we just assign a color to each person for the entirety of the game. Super simple idea that was executed well. Great product.
