This is a great item! So versatile! Stays on well, when wrapping around an injury. I used it for a swollen, infected insect bite and it was so soothing, and brought the swelling down and took out the heat. My daughter used it post-surgery on a broken leg. Works great flat or rolled up. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding product! Sooner or later, you or someone in your family is going to need these icepacks / hotpacks. You will be so-so-so glad you have them. I certainly was! They are incredibly well-made, and they are super fast to freeze or heat.This weekend for 48 hours, I used them for cold packs for a dental implant that failed. I put both packs in the freezer, and 60 minutes later the icepacks were ready to use. 10 minutes on/ 10 minutes off to prevent swelling and reduce pain. The icepack easily lasted me a hour. I had it wrapped in a very soft microfiber towel.While the set does come with a blue fabric case to enclose the icepack, it was not as nice and soft against my cheek as my microfiber lavender hair towel (from Amazon, of course). That said, the blue fabric case supplied w/the 2 icepacks does have a nice elastic band on it. I can see that would be very handy for keeping the pack in place against a wrist or ankle or knee, etc.Today I’m using one of the packs as a heat pack against my cheek to speed the healing and improve blood flow to the implant’s extraction site. Aaah! So glad I can very quickly heat one in the microwave. It takes about 50 seconds to heat up.My .02… get these BEFORE you need them. Because sooner or later you or someone in your family will need them to ease the pain and promote healing. Fortunately Amazon delivered them to us in less than 24 hours! Great product, great price!

I love this ice pack! I love how easy this is to use and don’t have to worry about any condensation as sometimes comes when using actual ice. This came with two ice packs that can also be heated to use as a hot pack. I have not tried the hot pack yet, but the ice packs are fabulous! I love the elastic wrap that holds the ice pack and easily wraps around the injury. I highly recommend this product, they don’t take up much space in the freezer and the cold last quite a while making it efficient, and quicker to use than filling an ice bag.

Excellent for Neck
Great product, I have used this extensively for my lower neck. I only use it for icing so no opinion on heating element. It stays thin/flat, keeps cold for a solid hour, and is easy to refreeze. Will definitely need two layers between ice pack and skin. I love it so much I bought another set.Update:My second set is significantly colder than the first set. I have taken to using a folded over t-shirt and even with the four layers it can still be too cold. I would highly suggest trying against undamaged skin with various layers to be safe. Still very happy with product and recommend.

Perfect ice pack
This is an amazing item. I’ve purchased several ice packs lately and this one exceeded my expectations. I have a knee injury and I need to ice regularly. This product makes it so easy. I can put it on and move around comfortably or lay down and it stays in place. I highly recommend this product. The strap is such a simple idea, but it’s a game changer for me.

These gel packs are excellent. They stay cold for a long time and are very beneficial in helping your recovery from injuries or other sources of pain and discomfort. We haven’t tried heating them as be have other microwaveable wraps but for cold applications they are definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

A very good ice pack.
For a contusion on the leg, this ice pack was very effective to provide cold relief for swelling without being heavy on a serious injury. When frozen, the pack stays firm but almost like crushed ice. The padded strap is soft with good velcro adhesion. Glad to have an ice pak that is intended for medical purposes. I was using frozen peas…..grandma’s remedy.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann.Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.

Prodotto ottimo che mantiene il freddo o caldo in modo costante per più di 1 ora.Quando si piega il tessuto flette senza rompersi anche se a freddo bisogna attendere qualche minuto.La fascia elastica consente di applicarlo in più zone senza che si sposti.Consigliato!
