Great Product!
Very effective and delicious preworkout. Mixes easily, has many ingredients for a good pump and just the right amount of stimulant. I can feel the beta alanine within a few minutes of ingestion. Highly recommend!

Best pre workout I’ve tried!
This pre workout is my favorite. I have it on subscription. I’ve tried both the blue and the punch and they both taste great. It gives me a sustained boost through an hour of training and an hour of higher intensity workouts – and absolutely no shaky/jittery feelings. It helps me focus and I definitely feel the boost in endurance. The caffeine content is high (180mg), but not ridiculously high – which means I can still have my morning latte, drink this in the late afternoon before I start my workout, and still stay under the daily recommended max of caffeine and sleep well.

amazing gets the job done honestly I dry scoop pre all the time so you get a good amount for the size it comes in compared to other “quality” brands with the same nice flavor and effect. A lot of other brands charge about $30-40 and this brand is really good, ingredients and caffeine amount 👌can’t go wrong

Best low stim pre workout
Ive been using kaged sport pre workout for years now and its simply the best. Just the right amount of caffeine to get me going without over doing it. I like to pair it with 1.5g of nitrosigine for more blood flow/pump but aside from that its a great well rounded pre workout. As far as taste goes, i have to say this is one of the best tasting on the market. Ive tried 3 flavors that being fruit punch which is my favorite and the mango lime and watermelon. It can be a bit sweet for some so just add more water than you normally would to adjust the level of sweetness. I would highly recommend this if youre not looking for anything too crazy and just want that extra push in the gym!

Really good taste and quality mixes well with water the effectiveness wasn’t great thats the only reason for lower rating doesn’t keep you up like most pre workouts good size for the price though. Good size. Good sleep quality.

Best pre-workout
I have used plenty of types of pre-workout before in my life. Over the past 2 years, I’ve stopped using products like this altogether. I stopped thinking that the amount caffeine intake was harmful, along with all the other ingredients used in pre-workout. The types I have used before often made me nauseous and gave me a tingling sensation that I didn’t like. My brother has used Kaged products for a while and recommended I try it out. I had been struggling to get in the gym consistently because of scheduling, and I often felt too tired to go. I decided to give this product a go and have loved it so far. It is affordable and has boosted both my desire to workout and the longevity of my workouts. Awesome product!
