Customer service is awesome
I received this in the beginning of April 2025. The start stop button turns it on but won’t shut it off, the time doesn’t come on, the increase and decrease vibration buttons are also screwed up and not working properly. There’s no low vibration, it’s all fast. This all happened at the beginning of August 2025…a little over 4 months. :(I’m trying to contact the company, so this is just a heads up.As far as the machine, absolutely LOVED it. Sturdy, well made, with a smooth platform vibration. It is much sturdier than my old one that lasted 9 years. 🤦♀️If it hadn’t quit working, I would give this machine a 10 star. I’m hoping this problem is just a fluke, and it can be fixed.Problem solved, 10 Star review! LifePro acknowledged there was a problem with our machine. It took them 2 days to review our request for replacement, and approve replacement. They approved it Aug 22, 2025 and shipped it. We received it Sunday, Aug 24, 2025. What company does that? We were shocked, and ecstatic!I asked LifePro if I could pay the shipping for the replacement, I thought it was fair to the company. They said no, but thank you! I’m 72, I’ve never recieved such stellar customer service…ever.Beyond grateful to LifePro! Sharon T.

This Equipment is amazing.
If you struggle with balance, this piece of equipment is an asset. I have fallen quite often, some falls were minor, a couple were major. My Doc insisted that I purchase this equipment. I’ve used it daily for two weeks and can tell a difference already. Cannot wait to see what my balance is in 6 mos. Or a year!
