Great Value and Quality – Minor Flaw with the Bands
Overall, I’m very happy with this Pilates set. The ring and exercise ball are excellent—both feel durable and professional-grade. The ball was easy to inflate, and the included pump is a nice touch. I’ve been using the ring for core and leg exercises, and it has the perfect amount of resistance.The set also comes with a helpful guide that walks you through different workouts, which I really appreciated as someone doing Pilates at home.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the resistance bands. While they’re decent, they tend to bunch up a little during use, especially over leggings. If they were just a bit wider or had some grip on the inside, they’d be perfect.That said, it’s still a great deal for the price, and I’d absolutely recommend it—especially for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their at-home workout routine.

Great price and quality. It came with a whole chart of exercises and there are lots of workouts online for free. All you have to do is actually move your ass and do a workout each day. Start with 10 minutes and tell yourself you’re allowed to quit after 10 minutes. Once you get going you won’t stop!!!

Like it, don’t love it
I got this set to work out my core postpartum while babies were awake and having playtime. The ball is great for tons of exercises and is easy to use. I usually search for YouTube videos of workouts, but the included poster is helpful as well. I’m only giving 3 stars because the pads on the ring have come off. The first one came off after a couple weeks and two others have since fallen off as well. They seemed to be just glued on and not very durable. The ring is still usable but not the best quality.
