⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)I’ve been using Liquid I.V. for a while, and the sugar-free Rainbow Sherbet flavor is one of the most unique they’ve released. The flavor definitely leans sweet and fruity, with notes of orange, raspberry, and lime—true to the sherbet theme. It’s a little nostalgic, kind of like a melted popsicle, but some people might find it overly sweet or slightly artificial.The hydration benefits are real—when I’m feeling drained after a workout or long day in the sun, I notice a difference within 20–30 minutes. I like that it’s sugar-free and uses allulose and stevia instead, which makes it more keto- and diabetic-friendly.That said, it is salty—around 500 mg of sodium per serving. I highly recommend mixing it with more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I absolutely love this Liquid I.V. White Peach flavor! It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and has a clean taste that makes it easy to drink. Great flavor, works as designed
I’ve been a big fan of Liquid IV for quite some time and am glad to see they are expanding their offerings with more sugar free options. I like the taste and the quality of this product, it always dissolves easily is is quick and easy to use. Out of all the flavors I’ve tried so far (and it has been quite a few) the sugar free sherbet flavor is one of my favorites. I have tried other brands that friends have recommended over the years and none of them have really been as good as Liquid IV this product really works to help keep you hydrated and get you through your day.

One of my faves
This flavor is awesome! One of my faves. I drink liquid IV a lot and it’s cheaper to buy it here on Amazon than in the grocery store. I mix it with a liter of water and it’s perfect. Hydration is fantastic and it is highly effective. Not gritty and mixes well with shaking. I prefer the sugar free because I am diabetic and I am so happy they use allulose in it which is my go to no calorie sweetener.
