Mikolo Power Cage, 2000LB Power Rack with Independent Dual Pulley System, Multi-Function Home Gym
Mikolo Power Cage, 2000LB Power Rack with Independent Dual Pulley System, Multi-function Home Gym Workout Machine for Cable Crossover
[Independent Dual Pulley System] Unlike the common power cage, the HR05 has an independent 1:1 ratio double pulley system on both sides of the frame. The 1:1 ratio means that the weight you train is the weight you load. And the weight capacity of the power rack will double. The independent pulley system allows you to complete supersets, drop sets, co-training, and other gym workouts without being limited by the home gym weight stack capacity.
[4-IN-1 Home Gym Partner] HR05 combines a power rack, multi-grip pull-up bar, cable crossover machine, and 360° landmine into one machine. At the same time, the pulley system has been upgraded to give you a seamless and stable movement experience. The improved sliding sleeve ensures smooth operation while protecting the pulley from damage. Gross weight: 205 lbs. The machine boasts a maximum capacity of up to 2000 lbs.
[Unique Column] More holes have been drilled into the HR05 power cage’s posts at 1-inch spacing, giving you a total of 30 height options. There are also digital markers on the side to help you locate quickly. In addition, we use the standard 2″ × 2″ column, which can be adapted to a variety of accessories on the market to unlock more training possibilities. The tube thickness of 2 mm effectively ensures the stability of the power rack.
[Space-saving Design] The HR05’s space-saving design features a half-rack style frame that occupies nearly two-thirds less space than conventional power racks. In addition, we are equipped with more weight storage areas in the middle of HR05, which can not only effectively organize the space of the home gym, but also increase the stability of the shelves.
[Fully Equipped & Versatile] The HR05 power cage includes all essential attachments for your daily training: four free handle attachments, two safety spotter arms, dip bars, J hooks, and a T-bar row attachment. This provides a wide range of exercises, such as wide and narrow lat pull-downs, T-bar rows, seated cable rows, bench presses, squats, deadlifts, biceps curls, triceps extensions, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, and more.

Excellent quality at a decent price!
This is an incredible rack! I put it together myself in about 3.5 hours. I am pretty handy and have lots of tools, but it wasn’t difficult at all. I do recommend having full sized wrenches and ratchets so you don’t need to use the little mini wrenches. It’s solid, works smoothly, self explanatory for setup, and has everything we need for some awesome strength workouts at home! The cables offer a ton of range of motion, and the various attachments really offer lots of versatility. We did not get some attachments on time, and they sent them all to us within a week after emailing the email in the instructions manual.Worth every penny so far!

Great fitness rack for home gym!
I don’t write many reviews, with that said, I highly recommend the Mikolo HR05 half rack. This is an excellent solid build, exceeded my expectations. Arrived timely in two manageable boxes, no missing parts and no damaged parts, well packed without all the annoying styrofoam you sometimes get. I put this together myself with no difficulty. Completed the rack itself the first day and completed the cable hook ups the next day, as to total time maybe 3 hrs tops. Directions are good and used an online video for a couple clarifications. Highly recommend laying all parts out and identifying your nuts bolts etc. as knowing them by number etc., expedited installation. Again, this is a solid rack, holds plenty of weight for my home gym needs, and for the record I’m 60 years old. Cables are smooth with no herky jerky and I lift heavy weights. I do recommend getting some silicone spray and once completed lube the cables and slide post. This made a huge difference in the smoothness and overall function of the cables. The added handles, cable rope, are a bonus. I agonized over which rack to buy, lot of options out there, I decided on Mikolo based on price, reviews and equipment. Plus, I like the 1:1 ratio instead of the 2:1, but that is my personal preference.

Pretty good considering its value.
Before I proceed I have to say that they have a great customer service. I’m sure they’re not here in the US but they get back to people in a timely manner.Something that must be clear and kept in mind is that this is for home use therefore you can’t expect to have the stability of the regular gym equipment.Mine is sitting on a 1/2″ rubber mat and it is pretty stable. Another factor is that I’m only 154lbs so it doesn’t shake too much due to my weight.Assembly is pretty simple. With the help of the instructions and a video from YouTube, was an easy task.Quality – I’ll give it a 9 from 1 to 10. The reason why is the paint starts to chip off too soon from the safety bars. Nothing wrong with that because it doesn’t affect the performance of them. Another reason why is a 9, is because the thread of the nuts that are built into the frame where you can store the weight plates, was stripped and couldn’t tighten up the screws. I must say that I contacted the manufacturer and they corrected the issue. Actually, I was very surprised and happy with the way they handled it. I won’t get into details.Performance – I’ll give it a 9. Again, considering this a home power rack, is somewhat narrower than the regular gym equipment, making it feel weird when doing chest exercises like the one where you set the handles all the way to the top. Pull ups are uncomfortable too due to the short length of the bar and the steep angle at the ends. I feel my hands start to slide down due to the steep angle. It’s not the end of the world, at least for me, but if you have a wider frame then it’s going to feel way worse. The same thing happens with the lat pull down bar that comes with it, steep angles and kind of short.I decided to remove the feet attachment to do row exercises. This could be just because I don’t have too much room in the bedroom where I set it up but I did notice that the range of motion is too short. The angle of the attachment pretty much limits you to do the exercises seated on the floor. Cannot do it sitting on the bench. The rollers are pretty smooth and even though they tend to tangle from time to time. It’s just a matter of untangling them and they work fine. I’ve noticed this with the heavy plates, 45’s though.Other than that, I’m happy with the purchase which I’ve had for the past three months. I love cable exercises because of the constant tension on the eccentric part of the movement. I also like it because I was able to do rack pulls again and perform a series of exercises that I couldn’t do before the purchase. One thing to add, when doing rack pulls I use a couple of pcs of plywood to bring my knees to the correct height. This is because of the location of the first holes on the rack.As you can see, you have to play with it and be a little creative, but it is a nice rack. Would definitely recommend it despite the above mentioned. A gym membership these days is around 50 bucks, at least here in NYC so do the math. I hope this review is of any help for those thinking about getting it.Thanks !!!

Best Budget Rack!
Bang for you buck budget rack, I picked this out of all the amazon and others. I bought the rack with aluminum pulleys for roughly $600 as of spring of 2025. The normal non promo price is $800, if you wait a week or two they are always running this promo and would highly suggest waiting just watch for it.Back to the actual review. Is this not a $3000 Rough rack! But is this the best out of a the under $1000, from what research i did for about a month! Aluminum pulleys all run smooth, i did not try the plastic, but for a $100 on initial purchase vs $200 if you want to upgrade later on they are on there actual website.Assembly, all machining holes were spot on and besides 2 holes with Red over spray drip but no big deal. The instructions are 9 pages and you really need to pay attention to what they are saying in the photos. I was a B level auto tech and I was watching Youtube an assembled this on a Saturday night and it took me over 2 hours to assemble with an adjustable wrench and a 17mm wrench. Could I have done it way faster yes but it was tedious. Also the instructions are in box 2 not 1, that had me confused for a couple minutes.Shipping everything came in with in a week of purchase. Box 2 came and the pulleys came in 7 business days and Box 1 came on the 8th business day which was a Monday. Couple nicks in shipping, to be expected. If you are a welder they are china welds but fully assembled it seems very sturdy and would not be worried at all putting weight on this thing. Again not a all american rack your not going to be Ronnie Colman on this rack but it will get you on the road there 2 years from now.It does have a large footprint in my eyes but its not a wall mounted. As of day 1 I have 0 complaints.
