This is great for my daughter and me. She runs track and plays soccer. She works out with it every three days. Me every 2 days. Lol I’m 52. You can always adjust the weight and plates you wanna put on there. You have the option for standard weights and you have the option for Olympic weight plates.

The mean united is put together well. The piece that goes in the middle to hold the weight definitely needs more sturdy. You have to tighten that bolt all the time. Otherwise decent quality for an inexpensive price.

Great sled but junk strap, belt, and clips.
First and foremost, this is a great sled. You can use either Olympic 2″ plates or the 1″ plates since it comes with an adaptor. The downfall to this is the straps, carabineers, and belt are junk. The belt does not stay tight under weight, the carabineers look to be low weight load and the straps are very thin so if you plan on working with heavy weight you will need to replace them. For size reference, a 45# plate fits perfect as the bottom plate and only hangs off each side by less than an inch.

Missing a part
The sled seems to be well made and made with quality materials. It feels durable. However, I gave it 3 stars because the harness was missing a clasp and didn’t stay on correctly.
