Love the taste and effectiveness of this. Use it daily as an intra/post workout supplement. Watermelon flavor is refreshing and not crazy sweet with no bad after taste that some other products have.

Dont use a full scoop, only half! Very misleading!
The flavor is not very good. In a shaker cup it is very watery. It smells great but what I dont like is they send it with a large scoop and the directions say to use half a scoop. I dont understand this. Someone mentioned they used to send a smaller scoop but not if you dont read the directions you will use too much and the flavor is too intense. It is not bad though, it mixes in well and seems to help out after working out. It is just a weak flavor when used properly.

Best tasting BCAA!
I’ve tried every bcaa out there from scivation xtend to mutant and currently using evlution nutrition and just purchased some nutricost but haven’t tried that one yet. However, this one is by far the best tasting out of all the ones I’ve tried! As soon as you open the seal you’ll smell the delicious watermelon flavor, it literally tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher!However, it is a little on the weak side with only 2 grams of leucine, 1 gram if isoleucine, and 1 gram of valine for a total of 4 grams of bcaa. However they make up for this by adding 1 gram of glutamine to complete the standard 5 grams of bcaa. If you want more BCAAs you can easily add an extra half scoop, especially since this container brings 50 servings so it’s more than enough.

Product has recently changed, mostly disappointing
I’m on at least my third container of this product and it has suddenly changed (as of my delivery in July 2024, which I just recently opened). Here are the key changes:- The container reduced from having 50 servings to only 45- The scoop changed: for some reason they now provide a larger scoop and tell you to use half a scoop, which I find really odd–I kept the old scoop and will probably continue to use that.- The flavor has changed. I preferred the old flavor (which I drank somewhat diluted to reduce the sweetness and increase how much liquid I’m consuming, about a scoop for 11 oz. of water instead of 6-8 oz.). The new flavor isn’t bad. It’s milder (even using a concentration closer to what the update label recommends) and the smell reminds me of cotton candy, for some reason. I found the old flavor more refreshing during my workout.- The color has changed. I prefer the new, lighter color a) because they shifted to using natural coloring and b) because it’s probably less likely to leave a noticeable spot if I spill a few drops during my workout!- The supplement details have changed. They stopped listing sodium (but it must still be there, since the ingredients include sea salt) and potassium (also still in the ingredients list), and the stopped listing out the specific amino acids and group them together as BCAA 2:1:1. Based on other text on the bottle, it seems like they aren’t changing the ratio, but it’s strange to me that they make the label less specific.-It no longer says the BCAAs are vegan (I’m not vegan, but I thought I’d mention this, in case it makes a difference to others)- It takes longer for the powder to dissolve. I have always just put the powder and a few ice cubes in my bottle and shaken it while walking to my workout area–it was always fully dissolved by then. With the new formula, I shook the bottle as usual, set it down for a couple minutes and noticed it still had some undissolved powder. I shook again, left it a couple more minutes, still saw some powder on the bottom, so I had to shake again. I’m not sure it will ever fully dissolve.Overall, I’m so disappointed. I loved this product and drank it most days during my workout (previously, I would have given this 5 stars). I may be cancelling my Subscribe & Save for this and trying some other brands.

No CRAMPS!!
Great recovery from a hard workout daily at the gym. I’m a big fella and cramping up has been an issue, but not since taking this. I’m thankful. Taste is okay, great value, and did I mention….NO CRAMPS!!
