I bought 2 pair of 35lb and 2 pair of 45lb.It arrived today and I’ve measured the exact weight of each plate.Here are the numbers for the plates.4 x 45lb (20.4kg) plates.46.1lb (20.9kg)45.4lb (20.6kg)45.4lb (20.6kg)45.2lb (20.5kg)4 x 35lb (15.88kg) plates35.5lb (16.1kg)35.3lb (16.0kg)35.3lb (16.0kg)35.3lb (16.0kg)One plate has 1.1 lb gap with the original weight, others are just acceptable for me.I’ve been going to the gym for over 10 years and have trained at many different gyms, and the smell of the plates is just the ordinary smell of bumper plates you’d find in any gym.

The diameter of these plates matches the 10, 25, and 45 sets I have. I guess aesthetically they look great on the bar.I bought these 15-pound plates on a whim, but now, in hindsight, I realize they fit really well in my bench and squat regimen. I started my bench squat setup from scratch, and these fill in a gap, allowing more combinations.

Pair Of 35’s = Value
The pair of 35’s and 45’s arrived on time. I only had to let them air out for a day. These are the best value deal for entry level bumper plates! I also have the 25’s and 10’s and they are holding up strong after 4 months of deadlifting. I might get the 15’s & 55’s just to complete the set!

Required title, it’s just a weight
It works as intended. I pickem up and put ‘em down. The smell was not as strong as I imagined. I thought they smelled new.

You don’t need expensive weights
They function just as normal plates the quality is nice pretty much accurate to what you would get into the photo the fit is pretty smooth on my 2inch bar the lettering color the white is a little warm white yellow and I didn’t receive them oily like other people have mentioned just a dusty black powder and the smell can just be cleaned off from a soak and cleaner

These are awesome for the price. Plus anything else cost way to much for shipping than the weights are worth but these are available with prime so that makes it a no brainer for me.

Works well for my barbell and was cheap. However, the stench is awful. It smells like cigarettes. Not sure what type of rubber this is made of but im surprised it doesnt have a prop 65 warning because of the weird smell

These are fantastic rubber plates for the money. Absolutely rock solid. Yes, they come with a few little scratches and blemishes here and there but if you’re buying weight plates to hang on your wall and look pristine, then you shouldn’t be buying them in the first place! There is a slight rubber smell, as others have mentioned, but a day on the patio soon got rid of that. After seeing how good the 45lb plates were, I immediately ordered a pair of 25lbs. Delivery took just a couple of days and the delivery company were bang on with their timings and communication. I’ll see how I go but I will probably buy a couple more pairs as well. Not measured how accurate the weights are but I’m sure they’ll be ‘there or there abouts’. Near enough for an ordinary bloke working out in a home gym anyway.
