I love this ring! I purchased a few other knock off, cheap brands to save money but ultimately returned them because the tracking was completely off. This ring does everything. It accurately tracks my sleep (can also detect sleep apnea), oxygen levels, steps, knows when I take a nap, when I truly go to bed, when I do housework, measures my stress levels, heart rate, and after a month, it calibrates your overall heart health score, chronotype, and resiliency. It also picks up when you are sick. I felt horrible one day and it picked up that my body was fighting something. That blew me away. It charges quickly (about an hour for full charge) and I think I can go 3 or 4 days on a charge. The app isn’t free but it tracks so much with accuracy that it’s worth the money. I paid for the year which was $69 but you could do monthly for around $5. This ring really is worth the investment if health tracking is import to you. I highly recommend and so glad I finally broke down and purchased. Do t waste your money on other brands- they either don’t work or stop working after about few weeks.

Monitors your vitals and keeps you aware of your sleep patterns
If you figure the cost of a cup of coffee from (insert coffee shop name here) costs about the same as the monthly membership, then the yearly payment is the way to go. The ring fits just like the sizing ring, the feel is comfortable and seems to have enought battery life to to make it to the end of the week. I assume the more functions you have turned on the more it will drain. the thickness is not obtrusive and doesn’t make my fingers play with it. So far, it seems very scratch resistant in daily wear.if you want to monitor your vitals and know how your sleeping, i think this is a better option then a FitBit.

Update October 2024: They recently updated their app and all the privacy I was happy about in my previous review was taken away. Starting with app version 6.0.0 the app requires internet access and a full data sync before you can even access your data. It now also requires native code debugging and will crash if you don’t allow it to do that. What is native code debugging? Its an outdated tool to detect tampering, mainly used by bank apps, that is easily fooled and doesn’t use Androids hardware security tools for verification, but relies on ptrace which exposes info about your device and weakens app sandboxing without granting any benefits. Why would they need to use that you ask? No reason at all that I can think off. Three strikes: requiring network access, requiring a full sync, and requiring ptrace. App versions 5.4.2 and before do not have these disadvantages. This app also does not allow backing up of app data, so if you already updated, and you don’t want to give all the info on how you sleep, when you sleep, your health info, your activity, etc, then you are out of luck. You’ll have to delete the app and install a previous version, which requires out of play store installation and I don’t recommend that for the average non-techy user. You can do it, but you should look up how to verify signatures on the downloaded app since you will have to get it from non-official sources and install it with a third party tool. That is completely safe to do, as long as you understand what you’re doing and do it right. All that boils down to this losing credibility as a privacy friendly device.Old review: The app for this ring is amazing, great features and really useful data. My favorite thing though is that it is very privacy friendly, if you take a few steps. Almost all apps and smart devices now require the ability to phone home with telemetry and your info to their servers. This device’s app only required access to the internet when I first set it up. After that I denied it network access and it has functioned 100% without issue. That kind of blew me away, normally that would break the app since almost everything out there is about getting your data so they can sell it, but this actually allows you to prevent that after the initial install.Some notes:You must allow full, unfiltered internet access when setting the ring up for the first time, you can’t block trackers or anything like that or it won’t function. I tried it while blocking trackers and it failed to function.After that initial pairing when your ring is connected to your phone, you can then disable network access and deny other permissions.You still get full app functionality without network access. I can’t stress enough how rare that is in today’s world.

Great features and perfect size

Very happy with the ring, use it everyday. I love all the features it offers. Very cool to see my sleep schedule, and especially stress level!Battery last around 4-6 days, which is good I think. I love that it isn’t a bulky watch. Not sure if it’s really good at measuring physical movement and burned calories.

Comento, que éste anillo Oura ring 3 es una maravilla. Está vinculado vía bluethoot a mí iPhone, con su app Oura. Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el día, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedo…. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga características de mí persona que desconocía. Es lo que me hubiera gustado encontrar en una reseña para decidirme a comprarlo. Espero que les ayude.
