I love this ring! I purchased a few other knock off, cheap brands to save money but ultimately returned them because the tracking was completely off. This ring does everything. It accurately tracks my sleep (can also detect sleep apnea), oxygen levels, steps, knows when I take a nap, when I truly go to bed, when I do housework, measures my stress levels, heart rate, and after a month, it calibrates your overall heart health score, chronotype, and resiliency. It also picks up when you are sick. I felt horrible one day and it picked up that my body was fighting something. That blew me away. It charges quickly (about an hour for full charge) and I think I can go 3 or 4 days on a charge. The app isn’t free but it tracks so much with accuracy that it’s worth the money. I paid for the year which was $69 but you could do monthly for around $5. This ring really is worth the investment if health tracking is import to you. I highly recommend and so glad I finally broke down and purchased. Do t waste your money on other brands- they either don’t work or stop working after about few weeks.

Great ring. Nice to have health insights
I was on the fence for a while, but decided to splurge and buy myself an Oura ring. I wish I bought it sooner! I’ve been an apple watch wearer for many years, but wanted more insights as I’ve been on a health and wellness journey. The ring was annoying at first, but now I hardly think about it or feel it. It’s light weight and not obtrusively thick. I strongly recommend getting the sizing kit first and wearing the sizer for a while to get a feel for the ring. I chose to size it to fit my left pointer finger. The battery life is insane! I only have to charge it every few days. The sensors on the 3 don’t hurt or feel weird or anything. I always wondered how legit this thing was, and if they could really tell what was going on but sure enough I wore it for a small inpatient procedure and my ring told me something was greatly stressing my body and I needed to take it easy! It’s wild how it just knows! I also love learning about my sleep score and what effects it.

I’ve had the Oura ring for a month now and I love it so much! I had wanted this ring since it first came out but could never afford it. Now that you can use your FSA/HSA, it is possible. Since I used mine, I went with my favorite color rose gold. The color itself is gorgeous but not a true rose gold. It’s more of a true gold. Doesn’t matter because it’s beautiful and so functional. I look forward to waking up and checking my stats on the app. It is so accurate too! I thought I was getting a bit sick one day and it told me to take it easy so it picked up on the changes within my body. The sleep tracking is what I mainly got the ring for. I have trouble tossing and turning all night and this ring picks up on my sleep cycles. It will give suggestions of when you should go to sleep to get a better night’s rest. It is pretty comfortable to sleep with as well. Doesn’t bother me at all.Choosing the right size of ring is very important. Since our fingers do tend to swell in our sleep and with the weather. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a size 8 but with the sizing kit, I found I had to size up to a 9. Even when my finger has swelled, it’s not uncomfortable at least for me.I have seen a lot of people being put off on the monthly subscription. Although it would be nice not to have to pay for one, I don’t mind it.As far as the work out option, I haven’t gotten a chance to test it. I do feel it needs better options to choose from with the workout options they have. If it were more like the options on my Apple Watch, it would make it even better. I also feel the period tracking could be better. It’s very basic. Just lets you choose a start date and your flow. This is what I wish Oura could put more effort into tweaking on the app. Its period predictability is pretty spot on. But why should we have to use a separate app if we want to get a more detailed breakdown of our menstrual cycle?I know there are other competitors with more reasonable pricing but Oura really is the way to go. I was able to easily put in my order here and got it the next day! Don’t order through the Oura site though. I had an order on their site that was taking forever to get any updates on my order and as it turns out, they were so backed up because they were busy fulfilling their Amazon contract. So just cancelled with them and ordered here and it worked out. If you’re debating on getting one, just do it!

I’ve had this for a while now and wanted to wait to see what it does before I wrote a review. I WAS a fitbit fanatic, until now! I found the sizing kit to be accurate, the ring itself is amazing! It is intuitive once it gets to know your routine, predicts when you are getting sick, offers small reads to help with some wonky results, I love this thing. I have learned to stay active, better manage my stress, getting up early to start moving more than before, going to bed on time, and so much more! It all helps to contribute to a healthier me… I wear it in the shower, when I go swimming, no issues with being in water.

Love this ring – it charges quickly, was easy to start using, and works with my phone. Yay for having the basics covered. I love the silver finish, though I do have a cover because it started to get a few dings. Sleep tracking – which is my main reason for purchasing – works well.Sometimes, like when I need to charge it, it scares me a little because I can’t remove it, and I panic slightly. But then i remember I can just use soap, and it slides right off!

Very happy with the ring, use it everyday. I love all the features it offers. Very cool to see my sleep schedule, and especially stress level!Battery last around 4-6 days, which is good I think. I love that it isn’t a bulky watch. Not sure if it’s really good at measuring physical movement and burned calories.

Comento, que éste anillo Oura ring 3 es una maravilla. Está vinculado vía bluethoot a mí iPhone, con su app Oura. Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el día, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedo…. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga características de mí persona que desconocía. Es lo que me hubiera gustado encontrar en una reseña para decidirme a comprarlo. Espero que les ayude.
