I don’t do a lot of reviews but I’m doing one for these because they are great! I have struggled with sleep forever and melatonin does nothing. I was taking sleep edibles but I don’t want to take those every night so I thought I’d give these a shot and I’m glad I did. They relax me and I fall into a restful nights sleep with no morning grogginess. I will definitely keep using these!

I found that these tasted delicious; really good gummies, texture and taste was superb which is why I am giving this a nod. For assisting with sleep, I really haven’t noticed anything. I’ve been taking two gummies, recommended dose, about 30 minutes before heading to bed for just over a week now. I’ve not noticed falling asleep easier, staying asleep better, or waking up feeling more rested. I’ve tried other sleep supplements in the past and found little success outside of just melatonin so it could be a ‘me’ thing but still was a bit bummed this didn’t seem to help.***Edit and rating update (2* to 4*): Since this didn’t work to well for me, I past them off to my niece. She absolutely loves these; so it was definitely a ‘me’ thing. For her, it wasn’t an aid to get to sleep but helped stay asleep and feel more rested. So while this wasn’t for me, it did get happily used and their service is just top notch; they reached out based on my initial review, extremely friendly and helpful
