As a human who’s been on a health and fitness journey, finding the right tools to stay motivated is key. I can confidently say that the Posture Scale for Body Weight and Fat Percentage has been an absolute game-changer for me. It’s so much more than a simple weight scale—it’s like having a personal health coach right in my bathroom.​First off, the user experience is fantastic. The larger platform feels super stable and safe, and the LED display is bright and easy to read, which is a huge plus. The 8-electrode technology is what really sets this scale apart. I love that it doesn’t just give me a single number, but a comprehensive breakdown of my body composition, including BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and so many other metrics. This has given me so much more insight into my progress. Instead of getting discouraged by a slight increase in weight, I can see that I’ve actually gained muscle, which is a big win!​The smart functionality is incredibly convenient. The seamless Bluetooth connection to the app is flawless. It automatically syncs my data every time I step on the scale, creating these great historical charts that let me track my trends over time. Seeing that visual representation of my progress—the downward trend in body fat and the upward trend in muscle mass—is incredibly motivating. It’s a constant reminder that my hard work is paying off.

Great integration with Samsung Health
I’ve been using this scale nearly every day for several months now. It’s been great. I got it because I wanted more accurate body composition measurement than just what my Galaxy Watch could offer. Fitness watches can only really send the electrical impulses through your arms and upper torso. Obviously scales like this with the electrode handles can send those signals throughout the entire body.I take measurements early in the morning before eating or drinking anything and after I’ve been to the toilet for consistent readings. These readings are displayed on the companion app and are also instantly sent to my Samsung Health app along with all the other metrics that my Galaxy Watch measures. Seamless.I’m very pleased with the results and ease of use. I’m also happy that this scale is much less expensive than Hume and other similar scales.One (very) minor complaint I have is that the companion app that displays the readings is a bit clunky and not very visually appealing IMO. Sometimes scrolling through the results leads to to unwanted selecting submenus or zooming. But now that I’m used to this behavior, I don’t find it to be a big deal.Highly recommended!

A scale that actually gives accurate Body Fat %
I’m working on body recompositioning, meaning I lost the weight I wanted to and now I’m focusing on lowering my body fat without losing or gaining weight. I’ve tried two other scales that state they detect your body fat percent only to find out that all they were doing was comparing my weight to the BMI chart. So the body fat percent isn’t my actual body fat it’s just what it “should be” if I aligned with the BMI. But this one nailed it, I confirmed with calipers and it was by far the closest to them out of all the scales.The app is absolutely fantastic, the reports it generates not only give you deep data on your body composition but gives quick suggestions based on your stats such as “Muscles are imbalanced, focus more on legs” as well as visual diagrams showing where you are carrying muscle and fat on your body. Really impressive.

The larger platform is a big plus—it feels stable and comfortable to stand on, which is something I was missing with smaller bathroom scales.The 8 electrodes make the readings feel much more accurate compared to standard smart scales. It doesn’t just show weight but also gives a detailed breakdown of body composition like BMI, fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight, bone density, and more (28 measurements in total). This makes it very useful for anyone who’s serious about tracking fitness or health progress.The LED display is bright and easy to read, even in low light, and the scale syncs quickly with the app. I also appreciate that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which makes it a practical purchase for health management.Overall, this scale feels like a step up from traditional bathroom scales. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and provides insights that help me stay on track with my goals.

Me entusiasmé con la idea de poder tener en casa una báscula de composición corporal. Me habían dicho que buscara que tuviera 8 electrodos. Esta es bonita y barata. Sin embargo, está muy lejos de ser precisa. Solía tener alrededor de 16% de grasa corporal en una báscula InBody en el gym al que iba antes. Aunque entiendo que ésta es una báscula casera y no es profesional como la del gimnasio, me sorprendió que mostrara 26% de grasa. Así que, al día siguiente fui a hacerme un InBody al gym para comparar las medidas y salí 18% en grasa. Eso es 8% menos, definitivamente un rango demasiado grande. Los demás parámetros también salieron abismalmente diferentes.RESULTÓ SER UNA BÁSCULA COSTOSA PARA QUE LO ÚNICO QUE MIDA BIEN SEA EL PESO!!Comparto los resultados del 6 de mayo 2025 con esta báscula y los del InBody del gym del 7 de mayo 2025.
