I think I’ve ordered 6 of these by now. As gifts, or extra to keep in my travel bag. These balls are amazing, very good at point massage, love massaging my lower back and base of my neck with it. It’ll definitely get where you want it to. Not much can be better than this tool.

Pain Relief!
Love it! Before this, I would use tennis balls, but eventually they all split from the pressure I used. This is perfect for my painful muscle knots. It works better for me than the $30 rechargeable hook type back massager I already have & no charging required!

Good but shape may eventually deform
Overall this product is great and serves its purpose, however the shape eventually becomes wobbly, possibly due to the type of foam used. If this would concern you, it may advisable to seek a product made of something sturdier that specifically says it will not lose its shape. Nevertheless I continue to use this daily and do not have issues with it.

Perfect for those little spots.
Foam rolling is great and has really loosened up some tight spots on me, but upgrading from a normal roller to this ball for specific areas like the glutes has really taken it up a step. Sometimes it’s the good hurt (never pain though don’t do too much) that you need to get blood moving and recovery happening after a leg day or long run.

Very good to reach those places that a foam roller can’t. Especially rolling around the hip area is very helpful to release that tightness in your hip flexors

Short and sweet.. I have piriformis syndrome, meaning lots of aches and pains in my buttocks.This ball’s works wonders. Sometimes the relief it’s temporary if I’m having a bad time with it, or it will sort the pain out for the evening, so I can sleep better. The pain is both buttocks, so sleeping with deep pain in the bum (pun intended) is very difficult!This helps. Other than adding stretching exercises, which help also, I go to this first for relief.It comes with a smaller tennis ball size ball to roll on for spot massages. It’s a little hard for me, so whilst it’s a nice addition, I give it a pass.
