Good Quality, Cat didn’t like
My cat frequently gets bored of food, and while he doesn’t have a problem with weight, a variety of quality food is important for him. I got this to give him a try of something new, as Purina’s pro plans tend to have better ingredients. The cans themselves are well labeled with clear ingredients listed. The cans are easy to open and empty, and the food seems to visually be of good quality with a typical smell of cat food. It’s a good mix of chunky and gravy which my boy tends to like. Unfortunately, he tried this and it did not settle well with him. Ultimately cats are picky, so I wouldn’t judge the product too much on that, but that was my experience. I can’t personally recommend it based on my cat’s response, but the rest of the product seems to be have good quality and value.

My boys love this food and come running and happy after they’ve ate. It looks good for a kitty and no issues afterwards. I split 1 for my 2 as a special treat or bribe.

My cat seems to like this. I feed her a combination of wet and dry food so these cans have enough that I split it between 2 days. She seems to prefer a few other types of wet food better, but she does eat this and seems excited when I give it to her. She doesn’t particularly struggle with weight so I can’t comment on the weight management benefits.

Helped my cat become more active
Unless they need a prescription diet, Purina Pro is what I feed all of my animals. Their food meets WSAVA guidelines (there are only five brands that do so last I checked) so I know they’re all receiving a healthy, well-balanced diet made with quality ingredients.My cats never fail to remind me it’s dinner time or come running when they hear a can pop open. I like having the smaller 3 oz cans so there’s never any leftover waste or they don’t forge themselves until they’re sick.I know Purina Pro is a bit pricier than a lot of other brands but in the long run my cats are healthy and vets are always glad to hear they’re eating what they do. If it extends the healthy lifespan of my cats, I’m all for it.I feed my four year old cat this weight management diet as she was getting some spread on her and the reduced calories have helped. She also seems to have more energy and is playing all the time. She seems to prefer the saucy, meaty bits type of foods to pates.

Decent wet cat food
Good cat wet food. Doesn’t smell bad like other wet foods and my cats seem to like it. Unfortunately it’s not grain free, but maybe the rice helps with the weight management.
