I’ve been using REDCON1 Total War Pre-Workout for the 5 years of my life, maybe its routine, maybe its the taste, overall, this has been one of the best jitter free, no crash pre-workouts i’ve ever taken.Flavor:The Blue Raspberry flavor is a winner. I’ve been a user of this, and the Blueberry Lemon flavor for a majority of my purchases. While there is a faint chemical flavoring to the pre-workout, its very tolerable to drink.Mixability:Mixing is straightforward. I use a standard shaker bottle, and the powder dissolves completely without any issues. I haven’t had any issues with mixing. The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i’d recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

Love this product for working out. The flavor is delicious and I don’t always use the full scoop depending on with I have to do the next day and when I do go do my workout but I definitely do feel the product when I do go to do my workout and it gives me that good amount of energy that I need and even if I do take it like let’s say after 3:00 p.m. and I’m and insomniac and always worry about not being able to sleep but funny thing is is I still end up getting able to go to sleep even though I take it so it gives me that energy for the workout but does not keep me from sleeping at night which is great. I have tried other brands that do not give you that tingle workout feeling like this does so the effectiveness of this is excellent I do like the focus the strength and the quality of this product. I find good deals on it so I do have the value of the money if you find a good deal on it. So it didn’t last me so I absolutely recommend it

Good budget pre but low stim/tingle
This pre is alright, for what it is. It’s not the highest stim or the best quality powder, but it’s the best for its price point. I’ve found that it mixes well with other powder supplements (creatine monohydrate, fiber, etc.), if a little chalky in texture.The flavor -when mixed to the right concentration at 3:1 pre to creatine w/ 8-10 oz of water- is nice, like a grainy orange Fanta or Jarrito. Be careful not to over-dilute it, as it becomes much less palatable and more like a bottle of surface cleaner.Personally, I don’t find it very effective, but that’s probably due to a high tolerance. If you frequently take caffeine, this is not for you. I find it to be more like to a coffee buzz than any sort of tingle or edge.Probably the main highlight is the increased blood flow, meaning better pumps. It takes right around 30 minutes to kick in (as advertised), but works well as far as circulation is concerned.I’d say that it’s a good first pre-workout for anyone caffeine sensitive or looking for a budget option.

I recently purchased the REDCON1 Total War Pre Workout from LSA ONLINE DEALS! on Amazon, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. However, the moment I opened the container, I realized something was terribly wrong.The powder inside was clumpy and had an odd texture, suggesting it had been exposed to moisture. I really enjoy redcon1 products, served in U.S.M.C and its always meaningful to me to support companies that support military campaigns.The actual product is decent and the orange flavor is nice and not bitter. Its similar to an orange trident gum in taste while the caffeine is good too at 300mg.Definitely feel the pumps and energy, and seen productive results when taking.I also tried grape and green apple, and grape being my go to for sure, would love to try more out.
