These resistance bands rock! They’re extremely durable, versatile, easy to use, and honestly, fun to use as well. The bright colors inspire me to pick them up and work out. All 3 bands have different resistance levels. The handles are soft yet firm, and easy to grip. This set is appropriate for anyone, including the young, the old, the weak, the strong, and those struggling with chronic pain illnesses like myself. It feels good to strengthen my arms and core using these bands. I would recommend them to anyone!

I like that there are 3 resistance levels. I started using resistance bands about 5 years ago and this set comes in 3 colors with 5-10, 15-20 and 20-25 lb resistances. They’re very safe and effective and supplement my cardio workouts.

I highly recommend this set of resistance bands, it gives you many choices in just how strong you want the resistance. I use them for PT to strengthen my neck and upper body after a disc replacement surgery in my neck. Best buy ever for the resistance bands.
