The perfect ice pack set for families. Multiple sizes for every type of injury. They freeze quickly and stay cold for a long time. The backs of these are so soft and eliminate the need to wrap these in a cloth or towel as you would for most ice packs. They are flexible and great quality.

Perfect assortment for small-area pain relief
Very happy to find these in a pack of different sizes. They appear well-made, no splitting seams. The fabric side is soft. They do take a full 4 hrs to freeze. They can be stored in the freezer if you want (some can’t), so they will be ready to use. Most freezer packs are quite large. These are good for smaller areas or hard to cover areas (like a bang on the skull or the side of a knee. There is an envelope with a strap to tie onto a body part. Yay for icing the sore knee after a run. I wish the shipping had not slapped a label right on the storage pack, no mailer. There are instructions on the outside of the pack. A true pain to get that label off. The instructions say to use the storage bag when freezing these.

Pretty good, but not without faults.
First the good.The larger gel packs are great, stay cold for quite a while and stay in place with the Velcro wrap thing.The small gel packs don’t really last more than 10 or 15 minutes. That was disappointing.Also, the storage bag for keeping everything organized (in theory) in the freezer doesn’t seem to take well to freezing. It ripped the second day when I was switching out packs.It’s way better than using the giant gel packs that I’ve been using from a frozen food delivery, wrapped in a towel.They do the job for the most part. Haven’t tried the warm use yet.I got this after having arm surgery, so take this criticism with a grain of salt – the Velcro wrap thingy is super hard to wrap around one arm using one hand. The Velcro is super strong and keeps sticking to itself.

These cold packs are sturdy and seem well made. The manufacturer has thoughtfully packaged them in a heavy duty PVC ziplock pouch, printed with instructions– the pouch is obviously part of the product itself, not disposable packaging. The cold packs are to be stored and frozen in the pouch.Unfortunately, instead of putting this set in a mailing envelope like they always do, AMAZON delivery used the product pouch as their shipping envelope and slapped a huge, largely unremovable sticker over the instructions. It arrived half-opened. I’ve spent waaay too much time trying to remove this label to no avail- one side of the pouch is a sticky mess that I’d rather not have in my freezer. I contacted the seller, who responded quickly. I was hoping for a replacement pouch, but understandably, they don’t have individual parts to offer. They did offer me some compensation, but that would have been unfair to them, given that the problem was entirely with AMAZON and not with their product.I’m assuming an exchange will arrive the same way, so there’s no point. There seemed to be no method of telling Amazon about their error, other than asking for an exchange.Meanwhile, I’ve used the cold packs a few times and they they hold temperature for quite awhile. They do get a bit rigid when completely frozen, but they turn malleable pretty quickly, and I’m able to wrap them around a sore hand. The velvety surface on one side is convenient, in that I don’t have to necessarily cover the pack to keep it from freezing my skin.All in all, very good product, lousy fulfillment.

Really nice and versatility sized ice packs.
These are really nice cold packs. I’ve not tried heating them. They are a very nice size for headaches and neck pain and knee or elbow issues. They work pretty well on ankles and wrists too. Overall, they’re quite versatile. My mom used the two circular ones after her breast cancer surgery, she thought they were nice. They’re very flexible, and the edges aren’t too sharp.

These ice packs are great ! I love how they come in all different sizes. The velcro strap is nice when you need to apply an ice pack to certain areas that you don’t want to keep holding it on to. It is also nice that you can use them as both ice or heat.

These are so nice! I like that they have a felt material on one side so you don’t really have to use anything in between your skin and the ice pack as a barrier. We have not used them as a hot pack yet. I’ve used these for my carpal tunnel surgery, both hands. They’re easy to use, self explanatory and they do help with the pain.
