Does it all in a handheld package
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use this for several post op surgical areas like perineum/scrotum scar tissue, hip nerve restoration from TJR and lower back knots from yard work. I even bought one for my wife for her shoulder and hip pain. A little louder than I thought but still quiet. The rubber body is easy to manipulate and while have uses it for a week daily, I haven’t had to recharge it yet.

Does the job.
I got this palm massager just to try it out. I like the form, it’s short and flat at the base while strong. That makes it better to rest against something so you dont have to hold it. That said, this actually belongs in a platform. You should thank me for my brilliant idea by sending me another one. :)). I have not had enough time with it to know about battery life.

Something new
I used it for my total knee replacement. I have had additional swelling and pain since my surgery. This has been a great tool to help eliminate this situation.

Cold gets unexpectedly cold; short battery life, but we love it nonetheless
I am so surprised with how cold this thing gets! I was fully expecting the heat to be great but the cold to be more of a novelty. I’ll be the first to admit: I was wrong. The cold gets REALLY cold! This has significantly helped me with sciatica pain and has helped my husband with back and shoulder pain. We wish the batter ly life was a bit longer, but overall, we’re impressed.

Works surprisingly well
This product either heated up or cooled down quickly. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but it worked surprisingly well. It stayed heated or cooled for about 20 minutes which was long enough to massage an area. It fit into the massage gun and operated well.
