Adjustable Hardness & Softness: Flex TPU Air filament allows dynamic control over hardness from 65A to 82A by adjusting the printing temperature. Lower temperatures yield tough, durable parts, while higher temperatures activate foaming for a lighter, softer feel.
Up to 50% Weight Reduction: Featuring advanced active foaming technology, TPU Air 3d filament achieves significant weight savings while maintaining excellent elasticity and toughness, perfect for lightweight applications requiring durability.
Comfortable Fabric-Like Texture: The printed surface has a unique soft-touch feel, making it ideal for wearable devices, grips, and protective cases that require direct skin contact.
Optimized for Easy Printing: TPU Air utilizes active foaming technology. The unactivated foaming component is evenly distributed within the filament. This results in the filament maintaining better hardness compared to passive foaming materials, which results in easier filament transportation and printing. The filament density is also maintained. Compatible with most FDM printers, it supports extrusion flow rates up to 12mm³/s for fast, smooth printing.

Customers say
Customers find the TPU filament prints smoothly and performs well, with one customer noting it works at 3.2mm3/s. The filament receives positive feedback for its quality and performance. Layer adhesion and softness receive mixed reviews – while some customers report good layer adhesion, others mention it sticks to tubing, and while some find it soft, others say it’s not so soft. Ease of use is also mixed, with some finding it easy to work with while others struggle to load it into their printers. Stringing issues are common, with multiple customers reporting tangled filament.

The layer adhesion being good makes the supports harder to take off
The material feels like shoe foam A bit do to lightness. The heat gun helped remove minor stringing. Supports should be printed in a separate material if possible because of the insane level of layers adhesion. Easier to print then TPU so far at 240c and flow rate 70mm3 on a p1s generic tpu settings for everything else. The shoes feel better than the TPU ones I tried currently testing durability, but sock only do to me not being able to remove the supports entirely(I don’t have an H2D or other multi tool head printer and don’t try the AMS.Material just feels right after printingHope the review was helpful

First time using Siraya and also 85A
Opened the package, windings looked good. Threw it on the printer and got a couple of flawless parts. Used the Bambu 90A profile, with a couple small adjustments and the standard .2 layer height profile. No issues, printed great. 85A is a huge difference in flexibility and softness versus the standard 95A, of course, but perfect for gaskets and protectors.

Precision Foam
I’ve been printing professionally for over 10 years, and this filament is one of very few things I call a game changer. I just met my first print at 250°c 72% flow and it printed great but more importantly the consistency of it is completely novel and I already have a practical use for it. Kinda like spray foam after it has set up but not fully hardened. I now have a print going at 270°c 54% flow and it is printing flawlessly.Expensive for sure, but at 54% flow rate I basically have about 1.5 kg equivalent of output. Extremely unique and useful output at that.

Impressive Flex TPU Filament at a Great Price – Highly Recommended!
I recently tried the Siraya Tech Flex TPU 95A Filament, and it exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was hesitant because I’m not familiar with this brand, and there isn’t much information available about it. However, the attractive price point convinced me to give it a shot.Performance and Quality:The filament performed exceptionally well during my printing projects. The flexibility of the TPU 95A is perfect for creating durable yet flexible parts. It extruded smoothly without any clogging or stringing issues, which can be common with TPU filaments. The prints came out with a consistent finish and excellent layer adhesion.Ease of Use:Despite being a flexible filament, it was surprisingly easy to work with. I didn’t have to make significant adjustments to my printer settings, and it worked well even at standard TPU printing temperatures. This is a big plus for anyone who wants to experiment with flexible materials without a steep learning curve.Compliance and Safety:An added bonus is that this filament complies with ISO 10993, which relates to biocompatibility. This gives me confidence in using it for projects that may come into contact with skin, such as wearable devices or custom grips.Value for Money:Considering the performance and quality, the price is quite reasonable. It’s an affordable option for both hobbyists and professionals looking to explore flexible materials without breaking the bank. Conclusion:Overall, the Siraya Tech Flex TPU 95A Filament is a fantastic product that delivers great performance at a decent price. Despite being less known in the market, it stands up well against more established brands. I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the market for a reliable flexible filament.

Works great!
For the life of me, I couldn’t get TPU to print well in the K2 Plus. I watched a YouTube video by ModBot highlighting PEBA filament, and I figured, why not give it a try? I swapped out the default 0.4mm nozzle for a 0.8mm one and loaded Siraya Tech’s settings from their website. Wow, this stuff really flows! I’m using it for an RC aircraft application, and with 2 walls, 3 top/bottom layers, and 8% infill, the prints are incredibly strong. The key is keeping the filament extremely dry, or you’ll hear it snap and sputter during printing. If it’s not dry, your print will look like garbage. You’ll also need to adjust travel speeds accordingly. ModBot’s YouTube video covers this in detail, so I recommend checking it out.

Great filament, download their profile off Siraya Tech’s Site
I’m pretty new to 3D printing and had great results with this filament. I dried it for over 12 hours in an AMS HT with the recommended temp from Siraya. I used their print profile available on their website for my X1C. The profile was for a .4 nozzle and I have a .6 installed so I wasn’t sure how it would work but was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I don’t know if it was Bambu or me trying to create a new filament that adjusted the max volumetric flow but it printed great at 3.2mm3/s. I tried a benchy at 4.5 later and it printed great as well so I think it could still go higher, I just haven’t tested it. Would absolutely buy this again.

Very soft, no issues printing!
Just used it to print some shoes, the material is awesome! Very comfy for this shoe design, gets close in softness to Ninjaflex and it’s cheaper so, I’ll look forward into using more of these material for other shoes 🙂

Incompatible with Bambu Lab Direct Drive Printers – Slips and Slips and Slips.
Maybe this is good filament. I’ve tested other Siraya tech products with great result. Sadly I won’t ever know as it’s too slipper for any of my direct-drive Bambu Lab machines to actually get enough grip on the filament (even with max tension applied on the extruder) to overcome the weight of the spool to actually turn it.Instead when there is tension on the filament from the extruder to pull against the spool (to turn it so that the extuder gets fed more plastic), the extruder just spins and spins and spins, never getting enough grip to overcome the friction/weight of the spool to actually pull the filament. Thus you cannot print with it. Maybe on an Anycubic Kobra where you have more control over the tension at the extruder, but sadly with Bambu Lab this just doesn’t work.
