Feel more energetic without being jittery
I don’t know if this Burn Boost supplement is helping my metabolism but at the same time I haven’t experienced any side effects. It contains 138mg of caffeine anhydrous so I feel more alert & energic, but it doesn’t make me feel jittery which is nice. It suggests taking 1 capsule twice a day, but I’ve been taking it only once a day in the morning. I already have trouble sleeping & that’s too much caffeine in a day. The capsules are almost 1 inch long, but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them & there is no bad taste to them. It does kind of curb my hunger so I snack less, but regular caffeine does that too. It’s not particularly cheap, but not very expensive especially if it works.

Be aware of caffeine content if you’re sensitive to it!
I was only able to try a few of these, but unfortunately don’t think I’m one of the target consumers of this product. It wasn’t evident to me when I ordered these that they contain quite a bit of caffeine (quite a bit more than the average cup of coffee, at least). Hunger and overeating is typically more of a problem for me later in the day, but if I have caffeine past about 3:00, I have trouble sleeping. If you’re similarly sensitive to caffeine and were hoping to use this primarily for helping with appetite suppression in the afternoons and evenings, the caffeine content is just something to be aware of. If I wasn’t, I think this would be a good option as I did notice a reduced appetite after taking these and the recommended glass of water 20/30 minutes before a meal. This could be a solid fit for someone looking for a morning or early-afternoon appetite support supplement who doesn’t mind the extra caffeine boost.

Okay So Far
I normally don’t try pill products from brands I’m not familiar with but linked through to the store for this brand and saw several good reviews on another product so thought I’d give this combo product a try. First, I’ve only had a few days taking both Skinny Boost and Quick Cleanse so it’s possible I need more time. However, thus far, I’ve noticed the kick in energy from the caffeine in Skinny Boost. I didn’t really lower my normal daily intake of other sources of caffeine (coffee, etc.) when taking the pills, so it may have had a cumulative effect. I would advise caution if you are sensitive to caffeine and maybe only take this in the morning to start, especially if it affects your sleep. You may also want to eliminate other sources of caffeine while you ascertain the impact the caffeine in the pills has on you. As for Quick Cleanse, I was expecting maybe it would prompt a bowel flush type of effect, but I haven’t really noticed anything out of the ordinary so it may be more mild for my system or work more over time. Or, maybe I shouldn’t be expecting a laxative effect… not really sure but hopefully it’s doing its job.
