The watch arrived programmed in PortugueseThey don’t tell you that you have to download an app that requires an annual subscription and that the app itself is so full of advertisements that you cannot even finish the process of connecting it to your phone or your watch.If you do not pay the annual subscription fee, you cannot use the watch.If they told you this in the product description before purchase, it would be a different story, but they do not.I was so pissed off. I threw the watch away.They should not be allowed to mislead customers in this manner.They should definitely tell you that you’re going to have to download an app and pay $30 a year to use the watch that you’re purchasing for $20 on sale.This is also not a $200 watch even though it says it’s a 90% discount and on sale for $20. It is definitely not like $200 watchThe whole thing is a scam and a rip-off

I definitely made a good choice purchasing this smart touch screen watch, it is super affordable, I had some difficulties connecting the charger but thankfully I a manual came in the package where I could read through each step, charge the watch and connect it with my phone. I also like the fact that is come with so many features and everything is easy to work with
