Backup plan!
Great to keep on hand in case of dropped or missing mouth guards. Not moldable so not used as the every day mouth guard but supplies the team so they can keep playing. Individually wrapped

Soft and flexible, does the job!
For teeth grinding at night these are excellent! Very soft, no need to boil/mold to teeth. Top or bottom. You can easily trim if needed with sharp scissors.It’s protecting my teeth, allows for free breathing and that’s all I wanted. I’ve tried several others over the years and would always go with a sports version which were good vs a pricier dental version of the same thing. My dentist verified the grinding, and can offer a fitted night guard for a mere $600. No thanks!Love the colors!

Unsafe & cheap
As a kickboxer I’m here to tell you these are some of the WORST mouth guards I’ve ever ordered- although a given for the price I was misled by a lot of reviews saying they might work in a pinch. They don’t.They’re too flimsy, soft, big for an adult jaw/mouth and are NOT moldable (I tried leaving one in hot water to loosen it but the plastic is too thick).They overall do not fit to an adult mouth adequately to be used.This is extremely unsafe to use in martial arts (or probably any other sport where it’s needed) as a decent mouth guard should at least be moldable and be fit to your upper teeth.I advise anyone reading this to try and look elsewhere for a better product.

Great value and function, but can get chewed up easily
We bought these for my sons (aged 8 and 11) to use in their flag football games. They fit them both well and don’t puff their mouths up too much. Unfortunately, after a couple hours (practice and game) of chewing on them and playing with them, these end up pretty jagged and “chewed up”. I can sometimes get away with reusing them for another game or two, but my boys do a pretty good job of destroying these. Who am I kidding, my kids would most likely lose these within a game or two, even if they weren’t destroyed. But, at this price, even if they each are only used a couple times, it is better than paying the ridiculous “on site” mouthguard prices that most leagues charge. I also like that they don’t have the piece that sticks out of the mouth that makes the kids look like they have pacifiers in their mouths. These are just right for our needs- I will be purchasing them again!

Good for price. But would buy more expensive ones for sparring.
They do protect your teeth, they’re super hard to mold into. No matter how many tries I tried with boiling water and repeating, it never molded to my teeth. They’re good just to mess around with physical sports with your friends, but professionally trained or classes, I would say get better quality ones.
